Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and environmental standards. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control Processes:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for manufacturing environmental products.
• Define quality metrics and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

2. Product Testing and Validation:

• Design and execute comprehensive testing protocols to validate the performance, reliability, and safety of products such as composting machines, incinerators, and other environmental equipment.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory standards and certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure continued compliance in product design and manufacturing processes.

4. Root Cause Analysis:

• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints to identify root causes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions using tools such as FMEA, 5 Whys, and other problem-solving techniques.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports and track metrics related to defects and non-conformances.
• Communicate quality-related insights to management, engineering teams, and production staff.

6. Training and Development:

• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Lead initiatives to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and quality control systems.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and quality management methodologies to minimize waste and enhance productivity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills. 

Data Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data management strategies aligned with business objectives.

Define data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate data collection and storage.

Data Collection and Integration:

Identify and assess various data sources, both internal and external, to gather relevant and reliable data.

Design and implement data collection methods and processes to ensure data is captured efficiently.

Oversee data integration initiatives to consolidate data from different sources into a unified database.

Data Quality Assurance:

Develop and enforce data quality standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.

Implement data validation processes and routines to identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors.

Database Management:

Maintain and optimize data storage systems, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.

Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collaborate with analysts to provide clean and structured data for analysis.

Assist in creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with IT teams, data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to define data requirements and resolve technical issues.

Provide guidance and training to team members regarding data management best practices.

Job Requirements:

1. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.

2. Build a strong relationship/Trust with customers by Understanding the customer.

3. Process the Revenue generation by following Cold calling and follow-ups frequently.

4. Strong to give Demos/Presentations to the clients online and convert them to potential clients.

5. Strong enough to give revenue to the company and able to deliver results on time.

6. Motivated enough to do marketing Research on different CRM applications/software as per the client’s requirements.

7. Requirements, Explain the product or service to potential customers and suggest the right products to the customers.

8. Handling customer queries and resolving the issues related to them.

9. He/she should have great communication and convincing skills and be able to reach targets.

10. He/She should be okay to give the physical demos if necessary or if requested by the client in rare cases.

Position: Backend Developer 1 / Backend Engineer:

Location: Bangalore

Experience:  .5 to 4 years, preferably in an agile environment

Strong Knowledge Node.js and MongoDB
Good Knowledge on Flask, SQL and other databases
Good Knowledge on Deployment Process (Nginix, Docker, AWS, Digital Ocean)
Basic Knowledge on Python

Mandatory: Hands on experience working with Java or Kotlin. Very strong logical skills. Good hold on operating system concepts and data structure. Experience with web services , SQL Lite , camera kit , image caching concepts, keychain , past experience working with one of the design patterns like MVC / MVVM / MVP , network check implementation.

Good to have:  Rx-Swift experience , video / image filter experience , media player usage , complex UX effects , couch-db , RealM.Knowledge of GIT management , Continuous Integration and Continuous Development practices.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills , high spirited , eager to learn , able to perform in a high pressure environment
