About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT sales, lead generation, cold emailing, and B2B sales. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across domestic and overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through various channels (cold emailing, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients in the IT services domain
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide customized IT solutions
• Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Maintain a strong understanding of IT services and technologies to communicate value propositions effectively
• Ensure consistent follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into long-term partnerships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of proven experience in IT sales, lead generation, or B2B business development
• Experience in IT services or staff augmentation companies is a plus, but this role focuses on broader IT business development, not staffing sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of overseas client communication and business development
• Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold emailing tools is an advantage
• B.Tech or MBA in Marketing, IT, or a related field

• Collaboration: Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Tool and Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate data engineering tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop, cloud platforms).
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, infrastructure, and processes.

 Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java).
• Experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Databricks).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-based data services.
• Understanding of data modeling and data architecture concepts.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink).

Responsibilities

We’re growing quickly on grounds of great customer love & are looking to add a new Retention Marketing Manager to our growth team. Your responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):

● Find key levers for growth in the user journey funnels across all channels (CRM, Digital marketing, direct, etc.) and platforms (App, Web, Mweb, etc.)

● Develop a personalization roadmap and execution plan across teams to help drive better visits/user and visit to buy conversions

● Drive initiatives to maximize LTV

● Manage cross-functional growth projects at both macro and micro levels, working closely with product and functional teams to run experiments, A/B tests, and roll out features on an ongoing basis

● Analytical :- Develop data-backed insights to predict good/bad customer journeys, understand user engagement, new vs retention programs to find levers for growth

What you need to succeed in this job ?

• MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college.
• Minimum 2+ Experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Cloud Gateway etc
• Good understanding of Design Patterns usage and implementations.
• REST Services and understanding and implementation of Microservices Architecture.
• Unit testing tools – Junit & Mockito.
• Experience is PostgreSQL database is must, 
• Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem solving skills.
• Should be an active contributor to developer communities like Stackoverflow is added advantage.
• Experience and knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, broader cutting edge technologies around server side development (Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kafka).

What You Will Be Doing

As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the entire spectrum of total rewards and not limited to compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices. You will also provide HR and leadership with processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs and ensures a competitive market position for the organization. You will be developing and/or participating in compensation/benefit surveys to analyse company’s competitive position. You will be ensuring company compliance with government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day compensation & benefits management and operations in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and a robust Total Rewards framework to attract, motivate, engage, and retain employees
• Overall compensation philosophy design – Building the system to keep pay equitable to market and creation of systems for delivery at scale.
• End to End Support to our rewards cycles (mid-year and year-end) including the review current offerings and plans for enhancements and changes, rollout and communication materials.
