Assistant Sales Manager – Interior Design & Home Décor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in driving business growth within the interior design and home décor industry. Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to deliver high-

quality software solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members,ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Full Stack Development: Hands-on coding in ReactJS, Golang, or Java to contribute

directly to project deliverables. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in coding,

design, and testing.

• Micro services and Cloud-Native Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain

microservices architecture for scalable and resilient applications. Leverage cloud-native

technologies and principles to build robust and efficient systems.

• Squad Management: Independently manage engineering squads, ensuring effective

collaboration and delivery of project goals. Foster a positive and collaborative team

culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers,

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the erection and commissioning of 11 kV and LT distribution lines including overhead and underground works.
• Coordinate with clients (NBPDCL), contractors, site engineers, and consultants for project planning and execution.
• Prepare and validate project documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Joint Measurement Certificates (JMCs), client billing, and handover-takeover (HOTO) reports.
• Implement conversion of bare conductors to Aerial Bundled (AB) cables to reduce AT&C losses.
• Ensure installation and material quality adherence to project drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and train field teams on layout, material handling, safety practices, and execution methodologies.
• Utilize GPS-based techniques to define coordinates for township-level layouts and planning.
• Manage execution under 4 critical schedules of the RDSS scheme:
• Feeder Segregation
• Bifurcation of Long/Lengthy Feeders
• HVDS (High Voltage Distribution System)
• Cabling & Re-conductoring Works

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory); MBA in Project Leadership Management (Preferred)
• 3.5 – 7 years of experience in EPC/Power Distribution projects, preferably in rural and urban electrification works.
• Proficiency in project documentation, estimation, client coordination, and quality inspections.
• Strong team management and leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and field staff.
• Knowledge of GPS and basic electrical testing tools (e.g., Megger Testing).
• Familiarity with government-led projects such as IPDS, R-APDRP, RDSS is a plus.

A malware analyst examines malicious software, such as bots, worms, and trojans to understand the nature of their threat. Security product companies, in industries such as anti-virus or network intrusion prevention, may hire malware analysts to develop ways of blocking malicious code. Large organizations in non-security industries may also hire full-time malware analysts to help protect their environment from attacks, or to respond to incidents that involve malicious software. Malware analysis skills are also valued by companies that cannot justify hiring full-time people to perform this work, but who wish their security or IT administrators to be able to examine malicious software when the need arises.

• Previous working experience as a Python Web Developer for min 2 years.

• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks.

• Experience with Design implementation of objects and data models.

• Working knowledge in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

• Understanding of CI/CD practices.

• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.

• Automations: Plan automation of manual tasks, such as integration of Pine Labs / PayTM EDC Machines with POS; Fujitsu PaperScan for Auto-digitization of Scanned Documents.
• Infra Management/Uptime Monitoring: Implementation of Organization wide SD-WAN and setting up protocol to manage network/bandwidth usage.
• Security/Firewalls: Implement organization wide Firewall (with SD-WAN), Implement Endpoint Security for All users.
• CRM Management: Maintenance of workflows in Call Centre
• Data Management: Excel expertise is a must for data corrections/ process
• Analytics: Responsible for Business Analytics and Process Management
• Website Monitoring/Implementations: Manage WPMUDEV (For WP Security) and evaluate a shift to Magento
• WAF Management: Manage and Plan Rules for Cloudflare, AWF and Fortinet Accounts.
• VPN Administration: Evaluate building an IP-SEC tunnel for enhanced security
