Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. The role involves supporting the business development team in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in sales, market research, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Market Research

Conduct research to identify potential markets, clients, and competitors. Analyze industry trends and compile reports for the team.

Ø Lead Generation and Outreach

Assist in identifying and qualifying leads.

Participate in client outreach through emails, calls, or social media.

Ø Sales Support

Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases.

Ø Strategic Planning

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for growth strategies. Assist in developing business strategies and execution plans.

Ø Administrative Support

Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Help organize meetings, events, and follow-ups with clients.

Ø Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Proficiency in Excel.

Job description

As part of our dynamic international cross-functional team you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of modern high quality software solutions and applications as an experienced and skilled Full-stack developer. 

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the application 

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

Implement new features and functionality based on business requirements

Participate in system and application architecture discussions

Create technical designs and specifications for new features or enhancements

Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality

Debug and resolve technical issues and software defects

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices

Identify and fix vulnerabilities to ensure application integrity

Working with other developers to ensure seamless integration backend and frontend elements 

Collaborating with DevOps teams for deployment and scaling

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a skilled Full-stack developer. Experience in Utilities / Energy domain is appreciated.

Strong experience with Java (Springboot), AWS / Azure or GCP, GitLab and Angular and / or React. Additional technologies like Python, Go, Kotlin, Rust or similar are welcome

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. 

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.

• Linux Drivers integration such as camera, radar, lidar, IMU, GNSS, V2X etc. 

• C/C++ coding on Linux ubuntu environment 

• Drivers integration with upper software layers such as DDS protocol/ROS2 framework. 

• Working on autonomous related modules 

• Diagnostics and failsafe operation implementation 

• Debugging the issues.

Qualifications Required 

Qualifications and skills for the expert 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or electrical or software engineering or a related discipline; 

• Excellent command over English (reading, writing, speaking); 

• Good command

• Working experience in developing Linux applications. 

• C, C++ programming and Bash scripting. 

• Working experience with embedded Linux. 

• Knowledge on NVIDIA GPU processors and automotive ECU development 

• Developing Open Source software. 

• Knowledge/experience on python, computer vision, CUDA, PyTorch, image processing, ROS2, 

DDS, ADAPTIVE Autosar. 

• Developing software modules as assigned by expert in the area of autonomous and connected 

technology. 

General professional experience is required for the expert 

• Minimum 3 years of professional industrial experience in the area of robotics and autonomous car 

platform. 

Specific professional experience is required for the expert 

• Must be minimum 2 years’ experience software development experience pertaining to autonomous 

and connected car systems or ADAS applications. 

• Develop reusable, maintainable cross-platform HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end web application components while adhering to web and team standards.
• Write unit tests to provide sufficient testing coverage for each developed component.
• Constantly review and improve frontend performance of the web application.
• Work with creative and business partners to understand, build and adjust web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals.
• Work with server-side, infrastructure, and 3rd party technology partners to build, integrate and deploy web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals.
• Work with project technical lead and/or FE architect to create technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the development process.
• Remain curious and current with new developments in the FE web development industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated 3-5 years of practical front-end web development experience.
• Expertise in writing and testing valid, web standards-based HTML, CSS, JS.
• Fluent in fundamentals of computer science such as:
• Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Coding Patterns.
• Deep understanding and experience with the following standards and technologies is essential:
• DOM, JSON, AJAX, HTML5 Video, WCAG 2.0 AA, Git.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Sample portfolio (code or public-facing web build) is a plus.
• Experience working for high-end brands or another environment with very high standards for the presentation layer is a plus; Ecommerce experience is a plus
