Your responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and other IT solutions:
- Able to work any shift

- Escalate incidents cases to appropriate teams when necessary

Design, develop, and/or update and implement team standards, processes, and documentation:
- Monitor, correct, and report observed infractions of security policies and procedures

Education and/or Experience:
- Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, IT)

As the QA Manager – WordPress, you will take ownership of our end-to-end quality assurance processes. You’ll lead a team of QA specialists and work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure flawless execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA strategy and execution for all WordPress deliverables—websites, custom themes, plugins, and WooCommerce projects
- Establish and continuously improve QA standards, test plans, and documentation for manual and automated testing
- Drive the implementation of test automation across recurring QA workflows using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
