Job Description – Ground Team (Field Engineers)

Qualification: 10+2+Hardware Course and Networking Course/ Graduate with Hardware and Networking Course, Core Hardware, and Networking Profile field profile.

Communication: Average English and good at Hindi or Local Language

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore

Package: INR 19000 – 21000 CTC Per Month Plus Conveyance as per Policy + Insurance

Experience:

• 1 + yrs (Trouble shoot card level hardware issues related to Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers and other accessories)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Field Engineer is a role of on-site technical support, troubleshooting and support to corporate and retail clients.

• This role is critical for ensuring that the organization's end-users have great experience with brand representative.

• The field engineer will visit PUDO Centre twice in a day – to collect hardware part as per the calls for the day and in the evening to deposit back the collected part from the client to drop back to PUDO. Field engineer will be responsible for successfully closing the allocated calls for the day.

• MUST know laptop repairs for all BRANDS and Close Tickets successfully

Must Have:

• 2-wheeler with a valid license.

• Open for field profile.

Nature of Experience:

·        Front line experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably tendering oriented business

·        Preferable exposure in Power Transformers sales or similar Equipments

·        Exposure to EB’s, Utilities, Electrical & Project Consultants, EPC contractors/ Project Houses & Industrial customers

·        Technical orientation for selling capital goods products

Responsibilities:

·        Achieve sales targets as targeted plan

·        Achieve collection targets as per plan

·        Attend cold calls, generate leads as per sales plan and achieve and develop business opportunities from multiple channels

·        Build and maintain relationships with large customers in the region to facilitate deep understanding of their needs and direct swift resolution of any customer queries

·        Participate in negotiations with potential customers in terms of product specifications, payment terms and timelines

·        Ensure specifications of the customer are documented in the relevant formats and forwarded to the concerned department

·        Liaise with the Project Management Cell to ensure execution of orders in line with predefined timelines and criteria

·        All customer interaction activities to be properly logged and updated in appropriate systems

·        Provide inputs on market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback on products / services.

·        Distribute informative product catalogues to key decision makers in targeted companies

·        Conduct sales presentations to key decision makers in the SEBs and Industrial Groups for greater awareness of the productions and solutions being offered

·        Undertake pre-qualification work for the company products and services with all high volume customers and ensure successful completion

·        Support the Planning and Execution Department for the timely dispatch of the finished goods as per contractual terms and conditions

Role Summary:

The Robotics Process Automation Senior Developer is responsible for designing and coding the automation process components. The RPA Senior developer develops the automation design to ensure it meets the specifications. The design must handle concurrency, scalability, restart and recovery, auditing & object reuse for all the automations that are designed and developed. The senor developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate unit testing, and ensure configuration control is maintained at all times. The senior developer mentors junior developers and performs QC checks on code components developed by them.

DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities include, but may not be restricted to:

• Design technical specifications for RPA that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Bachelor university degree in Engineering/Computer Science.

KEY SKILLS

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.
• Understands development methodology and lifecycle
• Should be trained on RPA tools (Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere).
