We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system security, and high availability of technology resources.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and applications
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
• Handle user access management, email setup, and security permissions
• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall configurations
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, AMC, and support services
• Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards
• Support onboarding and offboarding with system access and asset allocation

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or System Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Linux basics, and networking concepts
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security
• Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, data backup, and recovery systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure – basic level preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• ITIL certification or similar
• Experience in healthcare IT environment (added advantage)

• The business finance team will partner with the internal business stakeholders and drive decision support on finance issues. The primary purpose of the team is as follows:

• Business performance reporting: Develop reporting and dashboards of business performance metrics appropriate to different audiences

• Data analytics: Generate actionable insights based on historical trend analysis, variance from plan and deep dive of business key performance indicators

• Finance business partnering: Partner with the business stakeholders to identify, develop and implement action plans to improve financial performance

• Co-own TMRW planning and budgeting process along with the FP&A team

Ideal candidate attributes and experience:

- CA with 3+ years of experience in similar roles

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good knowledge of Core Java (Minimum Version 8)

• Experience in Spring Modules – Spring IOC and AOP, Spring Boot (version 2 plus), JDBC
• Expertise in design and development of various web and enterprise – level applications using Java/J2EE technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Rest services.
• Web Services (including SOAP, XML, XML Schema, JSON, and REST)
• Tools required: Maven,Eclipse, Github, and Swagger
• Good knowledge of SQL and Redis (NOSql)
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer

SHIFT TIMINGS:

Summer - 1:30pm-10:30pm IST

Winter    - 2:30pm-11:30pm IST

You will make an ideal candidate if you have: 

• Experience of building a range of Services in a Cloud Service provider

• Expert understanding of DevOps principles and Infrastructure as a Code concepts and techniques

• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub)

• Managed an infrastructure that involved 50+ hosts/network 

• 3+ years of Kubernetes experience & 5+ years of experience in Native services such as Compute (virtual machines), Containers (AKS), Databases, DevOps, Identity, Storage & Security

• Experience in engineering solutions on cloud foundation platform using Infrastructure As Code methods (eg. Terraform)

• Security and Compliance, e.g. IAM and cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools

• Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Application teams, cross functional IT and global/local IT teams

• Good leadership and teamwork skills - Works collaboratively in an agile environment

• Operational effectiveness - delivers solutions that align to approved design patterns and security standards
