Graphic Design Intern

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in storage and backup infrastructure, data migration strategies, and enterprise IT consulting. This individual will lead customer engagements, build methodologies, and deliver value through the ZENfra platform.

Experience in product implementation and customer support management is a strong plus, enabling this role to bridge consulting with hands-on delivery and post-deployment success.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Strategy:

Engage with enterprise customers to understand their infrastructure, pain points, and transformation goals.

Design and recommend migration strategies and modernization roadmaps for storage and backup environments.

Develop reusable methodologies and frameworks tailored to customer needs.

ZENfra Enablement:

Translate customer requirements into actionable insights using the ZENfra platform.

Build and deliver ZENpacks (customized solution bundles) including reports, dashboards, and automation scripts.

Collaborate with ZENfra product and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities based on field feedback.

Product Implementation & Support:

Lead or support ZENfra platform deployments across customer environments.

Ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and integration of ZENfra components.

Manage customer support escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback to product teams to improve usability and performance.

Leadership & Delivery:

Lead and mentor a team of consultants and engineers across multiple customer engagements.

Prioritize tasks and manage delivery timelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables across projects.

Customer Success:

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them derive maximum value from VTG and ZENfra offerings.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on storage, backup, and data protection technologies.
• Proven experience in data centre migrations, cloud transitions, and infrastructure assessments.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and customer engagements.
• Hands-on experience with product implementation and customer support management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like ZENfra, ZENfra Ignite, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Ability to create structured reports, methodologies, and reusable assets.
• Experience working with global customers and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in storage technologies (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, Veritas, Commvault).

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.

Experience with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.

Qualification & Experience

1. Bachelor's /Master's /PhD degree in a quantitative field (CS, Machine learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
2. 6-10+ years of experience in data science, building hands-on ML models
3. Expertise in ML – Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time Series Modeling, Graph Network, Recommender System, Bayesian modeling, Deep learning, Computer Vision, NLP/NLU, Reinforcement learning, Federated Learning, Meta Learning.
4. Proficient in some or all of the following techniques: Linear & Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, K-Nearest Neighbors, Support Vector Machines ANOVA , Principal Component Analysis, Gradient Boosted Trees, ANN, CNN, RNN, Transformers.
5. Knowledge of programming languages SQL, Python/ R, Spark.
6. Expertise in ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
7. Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, GCP or Azure)
8. Expert in Statistical Modelling & Algorithms E.g. Hypothesis testing, Sample size estimation, A/B testing
9. Knowledge in Mathematical programming – Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Programming etc , Stochastic Modelling – Markov chains, Monte Carlo, Stochastic Simulation, Queuing Models.
10. Experience with Optimization Solvers (Gurobi, Cplex) and Algebraic programming Languages(PulP)
11. Knowledge in GPU code optimization, Spark MLlib Optimization.
12. Familiarity to deploy and monitor ML models in production, delivering data products to end-users.
13. Experience with ML CI/CD pipelines.

Project Management

• Develop the integrated project plans to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing projects
• Assess consolidated project plans for dependencies, gaps and continued business value
• Plan and manage project closure and/or transitions
• Work with stakeholders to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables
• Conduct project reviews to recommend changes to project schedules or resource requirements
• Document and track project scope, changes, issues and risks that affect implementation
• Facilitate the daily stand-up to achieve team consensus
• Eliminate conflicts and assist in developing solutions to manage roadblocks
• Plan and manage testing cycle with customer

Customer Success

• 3-5 years experienced engineer in design; pre / post implementation tracking / successful execution on the following categories:
• Building management systems
• Security systems / cameras; sensors; beacons
• IOT implantation within campuses / buildings
• IT security systems – understanding of the way they work / get implemented
• Comfortable with client interactions and working with client’s vendors / partners

Other Areas:

• Participates periodically in client meetings or business development presentations as part of a Team to help demonstrate our capabilities. Assists with the development of marketing materials and support

Information/data. Maintains a working knowledge of business unit’s available product and service offerings.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information systems, technology, engineering are preferred.

• At least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management role and 6 years total professional experience
