We are looking for a Frontend Intern (Next.js) to join our engineering team and contribute to building interactive and user-friendly web applications.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy responsive user interfaces using Next.js and React.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement seamless user experiences.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across web-capable devices and browsers.
• Work on real-world projects involving dashboards, AI products, and customer-facing platforms.
• Assist in debugging, code reviews, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (TailwindCSS, Material UI, etc.).
• Knowledge of REST APIs or GraphQL integration.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience with Git/GitHub is a plus.

Nice-to-Have (Optional but a Plus)

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
• Exposure to UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).

About the Company:

Our client has created a sustainable livelihood program for urban disadvantaged youth. Fostering agency, workplace competencies, and skills in youth, unleashes social and economic transformation in the communities that the youth come from. The organization runs through a public-private partnership that empowers the Government, Corporates, NGOs, and Citizens to work together toward changing lives. The provision of location and capital expenditure for the organization is taken care of by the Government. Corporates contribute through CSR funds to provide operational expenses. NGOs come on board to provide various skilling courses to the youth. We are growing at a fast pace in various other cities in India.

Job Details:

Designation: Employment Engagement Manager

Reporting structure: Will be reporting to the Project Manager

Base Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Develop, strengthen and proactively connect with new employers to increase our youth’s opportunities to secure a sustainable livelihood.

2. Maintain and strengthen current employer engagement activities including employer events, and support the Mentoring Programme and management of the vacancy portal and customer relationship management tool/platform to reflect the needs of our youth and maximize opportunities for employers to engage with our students.

3. Understand the context of youth enrolled in the program in order to inform and identify areas of action and use statistical analysis to improve employer engagement activity.

4. Establish, strengthen, and evaluate effective communication with skilling partners, trainers, mentors, and youth.

5. Working with the Program Head in partnership with central placement cells, and other programs within the organization to establish and evaluate priorities and provision.

6. Be responsible for the effective income generation of the youth above minimum wages.

7. Use expert knowledge, research, creative ideas, and activities to identify new opportunities for collaboration, within industry and across employment sectors, to enhance our delivery of activities to students to support their career planning and development.

8. Undertaking monitoring of progress via regular 1:1 meetings, positive engagement and communication with employers, and tracking the progress of our placed youth.

Eligibility:

● Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 5+ years of experience in the logistics sector, preferably from a corporate sales background.

As the second member of our marketing team, you'll need to possess a strong drive, take ownership of your work, and have an insatiable desire to take action and make things happen 🚀

We don’t write content for the sake of writing content - we only write content that genuinely adds value to our users.

You will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality, and SEO-friendly content.

Your primary focus will be on creating original content that attracts and engages our target audience, solves their problems, drives organic traffic, and promotes brand awareness.

You will be working closely with the founders and product teams to ensure that the content you produce stays relevant, user-friendly, and SEO-friendly at all times.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice and message and ensuring that our content is engaging and relevant to our target audience.

You will be required to:

• Develop a deep understanding of the user, their pain points, stage of the journey and intent
• Create content formats like videos, blog posts, email campaigns, webinars, eBooks, whitepapers, templates, guides etc, constantly keeping in mind our ICP and buyer persona.
• Hustle your way to find channels to promote the different forms of content that you will create
• Ensure that the content we produce reflects your understanding of their pain points and actually solves it through your content
• Frequently conducting keyword research and incorporating best SEO practices in the content you produce
• Set up personal processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the writing process: Strive to get to the published stage with minimal reviews
• Ensure all-around consistency with regard to the style, fonts, images and tone
• Research competitors and industry trends to come up with content pegs that communicate our USPs and strengths to the correct TG
• Publish high-quality, compelling content within established timelines to achieve outcomes
• Work towards minimizing the time for research by curating high-quality sources for research

📎 Key qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a content marketer, or similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
• Portfolio with work samples showcasing your writing skills with different forms of content.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to do deep research and explain complex technical matters in a simple manner without using jargon.
• Excellent skill at researching new and obscure topics online.
• Excellent command of the English language (grammar and vocabulary) and a passion for crafting compelling and creative content.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort in using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Buzz Sumo, Webflow, Uber Suggest, and ChatGPT, among others.
• Motivated self-starter who likes a fast-paced work environment with multiple active projects.
• Grit and curiosity to learn new topics in great depth.
• Ability to build, manage and motivate a team.
• Self-driven individual with high ownership and strong work ethic
• Previous entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus.
• Experience catering to CFO persona is a plus.
• Familiarity with billing systems, CPQ and accounting systems is a plus.
