Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling creatives for social media platforms including posts, stories, reels, ads, and banners.
- Work on digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand identity and visual language.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, and Strategy teams to create engaging design solutions.
- Adapt and resize creatives across platforms while maintaining design quality and intent.
- Ensure timely delivery of all design assets while meeting quality benchmarks.
- Stay updated with the latest design, social media, and digital trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or digital-first environment.
- Strong understanding of social media design principles and platform-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of motion tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign-based design thinking.
- Ability to take creative direction and feedback constructively.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and visual aesthetics.
- Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a recognized institution.
