Role & Responsibilities:

As Lead/Staff AI Runtime Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of the core runtime infrastructure that powers distributed training and deployment of large AI models (LLMs and beyond). This is a hands-on leadership role - perfect for a systems-minded software engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI workloads, runtimes, and performance-critical infrastructure. You’ll own critical components of our PyTorch-based stack, lead technical direction, and collaborate across engineering, research, and product to push the boundaries of elastic, fault-tolerant, high-performance model execution.

What you’ll do:

Lead Runtime Design & Development:

• Own the core runtime architecture supporting AI training and inference at scale.
• Design resilient and elastic runtime features (e.g. dynamic node scaling, job recovery) within our custom PyTorch stack.
• Optimize distributed training reliability, orchestration, and job-level fault tolerance.

Drive Performance at Scale:

• Profile and enhance low-level system performance across training and inference pipelines.
• Improve packaging, deployment, and integration of customer models in production environments.
• Ensure consistent throughput, latency, and reliability metrics across multi-node, multi- GPU setups.

Build Internal Tooling & Frameworks:

• Design and maintain libraries and services that support model lifecycle: training, check pointing, fault recovery, packaging, and deployment.
• Implement observability hooks, diagnostics, and resilience mechanisms for deep learning workloads.
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, and software quality across the AI Runtime stack.

Collaborate & Mentor:

• Work cross-functionally with Research, Infrastructure, and Product teams to align runtime development with customer and platform needs.
• Guide technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and help scale the AI Runtime team’s capabilities.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in systems/software engineering, with deep exposure to AI runtime, distributed systems, or compiler/runtime interaction.
• Experience in delivering PaaS services.
• Proven experience optimizing and scaling deep learning runtimes (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) for large-scale training and/or inference.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++ (Go or Rust is a plus).
• Familiarity with distributed training frameworks, low-level performance tuning, and resource orchestration.
• Experience working with multi-GPU, multi-node, or cloud-native AI workloads.
• Solid understanding of containerized workloads, job scheduling, and failure recovery inproduction environments.

A Sales Executive, you are responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing relationships within the construction,

industrial, and commercial sectors. This role requires strong technical knowledge of PEB solutions, excellent sales acumen, and the

ability to communicate the benefits of pre-engineered buildings to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Business Development:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial sectors

where PEB solutions are applicable.

o Build a strong pipeline of leads by engaging in market research, networking, and customer outreach.

o Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and industries where PEB structures offer a competitive

advantage.

2. Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge:

o Present PEB solutions to potential clients, including architects, contractors, project developers, and business owners.

o Understand the client’s needs and propose tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of PEB in terms of cost savings,

time efficiency, and structural flexibility.

o Keep up-to-date with product offerings, technical specifications, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide

knowledgeable and professional sales consultations.

3. Relationship Management:

o Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support.

o Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, production, and project management to ensure timely delivery

and customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Targets and Reporting:

o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for PEB products and solutions.

o Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to present to the sales manager or senior leadership.

o Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Proposal and Contract Management:

o Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions based on client requirements and project

specifications.

o Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure sales deals in line with company policies and profitability goals.

o Ensure proper documentation is completed and maintained for all sales transactions and client communications.

6. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

o Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends in the PEB

sector.

o Gather and analyze competitor information to develop strategies for gaining a competitive edge.

o Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams on customer needs and market trends to influence

product innovation and marketing strategies.

7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

o Work closely with the engineering and design teams to develop customized PEB solutions that meet the client’s specific

needs.

o Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of PEB components.

o Liaise with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution, from contract signing to building

erection.

8. Customer Satisfaction and Post-Sales Support:

o Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing any issues related to product quality or delivery

timelines.

o Follow up with clients post-project completion to assess satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Engineering

knowledge is a plus, given the technical nature of PEB products.

 Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, steel, or PEB industry.

 Certifications (optional): Sales certifications or training in technical sales may be an advantage.

 Technical Skills:

o Basic understanding of structural engineering, steel fabrication, and construction processes.

You will own the data layer that feeds our machine learning pipeline—from ingestion and validation through transformation, storage, and delivery.

The ideal candidate is meticulous about data quality, thinks deeply about failure modes, and builds systems that run reliably without constant attention. You understand that downstream ML models are only as good as the data they consume.

CORE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Python (Required): Professional-level proficiency. You write clean, maintainable code for data pipelines—not throwaway scripts. Comfortable with Pandas, NumPy, and their performance characteristics. You know when to use Python versus push computation to the database.

SQL (Required): Advanced SQL skills. Complex queries, query optimization, schema design, execution plans. PostgreSQL experience strongly preferred. You think about indexing, partitioning, and query performance as second nature.

Data Pipeline Design (Required): You build pipelines that handle real-world messiness gracefully. You understand idempotency, exactly-once semantics, backfill strategies, and incremental versus full recomputation tradeoffs. You design for failure—what happens when an upstream source is late, returns malformed data, or goes down entirely. Experience with workflow orchestration required: Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, or similar.

Data Quality (Required): You treat data quality as a first-class concern. You implement validation checks, anomaly detection, and monitoring. You know the difference between data that is missing versus data that should not exist. You build systems that catch problems before they propagate downstream.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

Data Ingestion: Pipelines pulling from diverse sources—crypto exchanges, traditional market feeds, on-chain data, alternative data. Handling rate limits, API quirks, authentication, and source-specific idiosyncrasies.

Data Validation: Checks ensuring completeness, consistency, and correctness. Schema validation, range checks, freshness monitoring, cross-source reconciliation.

Transformation Layer: Converting raw data into clean, analysis-ready formats. Time series alignment, handling different frequencies and timezones, managing gaps.

Storage and Access: Schema design optimized for both write patterns (ingestion) and read patterns (ML training, feature computation). Data lifecycle and retention management.

Monitoring and Alerting: Observability into pipeline health. Knowing when something breaks before it affects downstream systems.

DOMAIN EXPERIENCE

Preference for candidates with experience in financial or crypto data—understanding market data conventions, exchange-specific quirks, and point-in-time correctness. You know why look-ahead bias is dangerous and how to prevent it.

Time series data at scale—hundreds of symbols with years of history, multiple frequencies, derived features. You understand temporal joins, windowed computations, and time-aligned data challenges.

High-dimensional feature stores—we work with hundreds of thousands of derived features. Experience managing, versioning, and serving large feature sets is valuable.

ENGINEERING STANDARDS

Reliability: Pipelines run unattended. Failures are graceful with clear errors, not silent corruption. Recovery is straightforward.

Reproducibility: Same inputs and code version produce identical outputs. You version schemas, track lineage, and can reconstruct historical states.

Documentation: Schemas, data dictionaries, pipeline dependencies, operational runbooks. Others can understand and maintain your systems.

Testing: You write tests for pipelines—validation logic, transformation correctness, edge cases. Untested pipelines are broken pipelines waiting to happen.

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

PostgreSQL, Python, workflow orchestration (flexible on tool), cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred but flexible), Git.
