About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our D2C brand team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand identity across digital platforms—working closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to create high-impact visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media (posts, stories, ads, reels covers)
- Create performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid channels
- Develop visual assets for website, landing pages, emails, and banners
- Maintain and evolve the brand visual language across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with content, growth, and marketing teams to translate ideas into visuals
- Design packaging, brochures, pitch decks, and offline collaterals (as required)
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives while maintaining quality and consistency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a D2C, startup, or agency environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience designing performance ads is a big plus
- Ability to take feedback, iterate fast, and work in a high-ownership environment
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Experience working with e-commerce brands
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing best practices
