About the Role:

Join our dynamic QA Automation Team and take your career to the next level! We are looking for Senior Level Automation Engineers to join our team and grow with us long term. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and bring your expertise in using Bash, JavaScript, testing APIs, web services, and webpages, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP. This is a hybrid role, meaning you will need to spend 1-2 days in the office each week.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools

·       Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

·       Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

·       Monitor debugging process results

·       Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

·       Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

·       Estimate, prioritize, plan, and execute testing activities

·       Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

Required Experience:

·       At least 5 years’ experience in test automation for Senior Level.

·       Proven work experience in web-based and/or mobile based quality assurance best practices

·       Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes

·       Strong experience with automated testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Selenium)

·       Scripting experience using Bash, JavaScript or NodeJS

·       Experience in testing APIs, webservices, and webpages

·       Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

·       Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process

·       Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous build

We are on the lookout for an effective UX writer to create microcopy that is intuitive to users, in keeping with the product’s brand voice, including people of different abilities, ages, gender identities, and backgrounds.

Create copy for apps, websites, and other digital products. Suggest words for menus, definitions, buttons, labels, chatbots, error messages, or instructions to guide first-time users through a product. Knowing grammar, spelling, and an in-depth understanding of tone and shades of meaning is essential. You will closely work with product design teams and collaborate with front-end and back-end developers. This role also has elements of a UX Producer. As a producer, you would support design teams, business stakeholders and clients.  Stay up-to-date with what teams are working on. Designers have to justify their work with clients. As producers, bring guidance during those crossroads, shedding light on the creative process and educating the clients in a way that’s digestible for them. You need to be someone who’s flexible, agile, responsive and honestly, calm! You will be juggling multiple projects. The office environment is young and dynamic. It's a work-hard, play-hard culture. You will be working on some of our clients massive scale Infrastructure and DevOps requirements - designing for microservices and large scale data analytics. What you will do (Responsibilities):

• Work on cloud marketplace enablements for some of our clients products
• Write Kubernetes Operators to automate custom PaaS solutions
•  Participate in cloud projects to implement new technology solutions, Proof of concepts to improve cloud technology offerings.               
• Work with developers to deploy to private or public cloud/on-premise services, debug and resolve issues. 
• On call responsibilities to respond to emergency situations and scheduled maintenance. 
• Contribute to and maintain documentation for systems, processes, procedures and infrastructure configuration 

What you bring (Skills):
 

•  Experience with administering of and debugging on Linux based systems with programming skills in Scripting, Golang, Python among others
•  Expertise in Git repositories specifically on GitHub, Gitlab, Bitbucket, Gerrit 
•  Comfortable with DevOps for  Big Data databases like Terradata, Netezza, Hadoop based ecosystems,   BigQuery, RedShift among others
• Comfortable in interfacing with SQL and No-SQL databases like MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis 

Great if you know (Skills):

• Understanding various build and CI/CD systems – Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Spinnaker or Cloud based build systems
