Key Responsibilities :
- Client outreaching through calls, chats and mail.
- Engage potential clients and convert them into active trading clients.
- Assist clients in identifying the ideal service combination for revenue generation.
- Establish and maintain long term client relationships.
- Educate clients on trading basics, company services, market risks, and recommend strategies based on their risk profile.
- Assist clients with account setup, KYC, and onboarding on trading platforms (MT4/MT5), ensuring smooth and timely activation.
Qualifications :

- Sales or direct client interaction internship experience for freshers.
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales/direct client interaction profile for experienced applicants.

- Experience in International Sales, Marketing and Financial Services will be preferred.
Basic Qualification:

- Provide thought leadership on how best to meet business requirements using the CDM platform
- Help determine the architectural direction of the CDM platform and related infrastructure
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to interpret and synthesize requirements
- Work with other team members to determine the best technical solution to meet requirements.
- Keep current on industry best practices and help to incorporate relevant updates into solutions.
- Analyze and Identify existing architecture and come up with suggestions and implement changes to bring solutions to a more stable state.

Basic Qualifications:

Position Summary:
The Demand Generation and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, webinar, and lead nurture tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality qualified sales leads. The ideal candidate will have experience leading B2B demand generation campaigns and proven results in successfully planning, executing, building programs and reports in HubSpot, WordPress, google ads, LinkedIn sales navigator and analyzing results.
This position is based out of our Pune office, and there may be ample opportunity to travel within India as and when required.
