Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Twitter
o Ideate and develop creative content strategies for each social media platform
o Supporting the Marketing team with content in the form of visual assets
o Creating images, memes, animated videos with graphic overlays for all clients. Creating Landing pages. Shooting videos, photos, editing and posting on SM.
o Evaluating the competitive landscape and suggesting new ideas for visual content
o Assisting with honing brand identity on the blog and social media
o Prepare monthly social media calendars
o Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
o Posting and engaging with the audience
o Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and Flash)
o Compile report to show results (ROI) and identify KPIs to be monitored and work closely with the marketing manager to set awareness goals and plan ways to achieve them. We offer the flexibility to work from home.

Role Description

- Report OEE, TQM, TPM
- Maintain 5’S, JH , CLIT.
- Implementation KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement) & Poka yoke.
- Provide Training to the operators for quality of the Product, 5’S, JH, TPM.

Qualifications:-
- Strong background in Production Engineering

- B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
● Collaborate with engineering, design and product teams to design and ship new
features. Identify and solve bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Desirable Qualifications:
● Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails (RoR) practices and commonly used modules; deep
understanding of RoR internals like databases, API, caching, proxies, web services,
performance and scalability.
● Experience creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
● Experience in SQL and NoSql databases in production environments. Experience
working with Git, AWS/GCP.
● Good communication skills
● 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer

Basic Qualifications
- Overall 10+ years of IT Environment Experience.
- 3+ years of experience partnering with business managers to develop technical strategies and architectures to support their objectives
- 3+ years in Azure Data Factory.
- 2 +azure data bricks, azure cosmos DB, multi-factor authentication, event hub, azure active directory, logic apps.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with analytics deployment in the cloud (prefer Azure)
- 5+ years of delivering analytics in modern data architecture (Hadoop, Massively Parallel Processing Database Platforms, and Semantic Modeling)
- Demonstrable knowledge of ETL and ELT patterns and when to use either one; experience selecting among different tools that could be leveraged to accomplish this (Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SAP Data Services)
- Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with different scripting languages (python, JavaScript, PIG, or object-oriented programming like Java or . NET)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies
- 2+ years of experience designing solutions leveraging Microsoft Cortana Intelligence Suite of Products [Azure SQL, Azure SQL DW, Cosmos DB, HDInsight, DataBricks]
- Experience with enterprise systems, like CRM, ERP, Field Services Management, Supply Chain solutions, HR systems
- Ability to work independently, establishing strategic objectives, project plans, and milestones
- Exceptional written, verbal & presentation skills
What essential skills you need
- 4 -6 years’ experience in MySQL database development. You know your way around problems,logic & code but you occasionally need help with how to do things. That’s cool with us. We usestack overflow too.
- Expertise in database design & development (preferably on MySQL).
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions, triggers.
- Expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, using performance monitor, SQL Profiler andother related monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- BE/B.Tech ( or equivalent education), good written & communication Skills.
