Social Media Manager

A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for handling leads provided by the company and contacting potential customers to schedule property site visits. The role involves explaining property details over calls, coordinating and lining up site visits, and assisting clients during the visit by showing the project location and highlighting key features. The executive will guide customers through the buying process, address their queries, negotiate when required, and work towards closing the deal. Strong communication, client-handling skills, and the ability to convert prospects into successful sales are essential for this role.

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to lead Performance Marketing (Google, Facebook, Instagram, affiliate).

The ideal candidate for us is someone who has executed digital marketing campaigns for any of the new age online companies (preferably Edtech), has scale-up experience in the US market and comes with at least 3 years of experience in a middle management role. The role will give you the charge of overall campaign execution and also work on campaign strategy (working directly with the Chief Growth Officer and CEO). In a nutshell, we expect you to be executing our digital marketing initiatives while also being engrossed in the daily hustle that comes with a Series A start-up.

• Experience of having handled campaigns across key online platforms like Google, FB, Instagram, mobile marketing, affiliates, ad exchanges etc. (Fb, Instagram & Google to be strength areas, with at least exposure to affiliates) à especially in the US market
• Lead, strategize, create and execute campaigns as required (creative support will be provided)
• Ensure to achieve lead generation, CPL and other metric targets (KPIs)
• Generate regular reports, and dashboards on all possible measures/parameters on all campaigns

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, master’s degree or MBA is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate scalable software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Design, develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Develop web applications implementing MVT architecture using Django web application frameworks
• Write effective APIs using industry standard design patterns
• Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
• Should be able to visualize a proposed system and be able to build it
• Development of applications leveraging Django/Flask based REST APIs

• Work with server-side technologies including databases and MVC/MVT patterns

Requirements:

• 3-7 years provable experience as a Back End Developer
• Familiarity with common solution stacks 
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and system design, for scale, performance and security
• Ability to develop back-end website applications
• Knowledge of middleware languages (Python – Flask/Django) and/or JavaScript framework like Node.js
• Familiarity with databases (RDBMS – MySQL/PostgreSQL, optionally NoSQL DBs like MongoDB), web servers (Apache) and UI/UX design
