About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring prompt, professional, and effective resolution to their queries, complaints, and requests across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries.

● Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues within defined SLAs.

● Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department and follow up until closure.

● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

● Meet daily/weekly performance

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance
• Work individually and closely with other members of the team during code sprints to deliver a complete end-to-end solution.
• Articulate project status to other team members and management.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products.
• Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution.

• Sharp analytical abilities, proven design skills, excellent communication skills experience handling the independent execution with minimal guidance, prior hands on experience or understanding on working with Django and python.

• 1 years experience with Django.

• Must be from Tier 1 University.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage cloud resources in AWS 
• Data ingestion from different data sources which exposes data using different technologies, such as: RDBMS, REST HTTP API, flat files, Streams, and Time series data based on various proprietary systems. Implement data ingestion and processing with the help of Big Data technologies 
• Data processing/transformation using various technologies such as Spark and Cloud Services. You will need to understand your part of business logic and implement it using the language supported by the base data platform 
• Develop automated data quality check to make sure right data enters the platform and verifying the results of the calculations 
• Develop an infrastructure to collect, transform, combine and publish/distribute customer data.
• Define process improvement opportunities to optimize data collection, insights and displays.
• Ensure data and results are accessible, scalable, efficient, accurate, complete and flexible 
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns from complex data sets 
• Construct a framework utilizing data visualization tools and techniques to present consolidated analytical and actionable results to relevant stakeholders. 
• Key participant in regular Scrum ceremonies with the agile teams  
• Proficient at developing queries, writing reports and presenting findings 
• Mentor junior members and bring best industry practices 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7+ years’ experience as data engineer in consumer finance or equivalent industry (consumer loans, collections, servicing, optional product, and insurance sales) 
• Strong background in math, statistics, computer science, data science or related discipline
• Advanced knowledge one of language: Java, Scala, Python, C# 
• Production experience with: HDFS, YARN, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Oozie / Airflow, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker / Kubernetes, Snowflake  
• Proficient with
• Data mining/programming tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, R, Python)
• Database technologies (e.g. PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake. and Greenplum)
• Data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy)
• Comfortable learning about and deploying new technologies and tools. 
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and meet established deadlines. 
• Good written and oral communication skills and ability to present results to non-technical audiences 
• Knowledge of business intelligence and analytical tools, technologies and techniques.

Mandatory Requirements 

• Experience in AWS Glue

• Understanding of file-based ingestion best practices.

-Designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of web applications.

-Integrating Payment Gateway, POS & Loyalty systems (such as Freedom Pay, Card Connect, Auth.net, Square, Oracle, Olo, NCR, Clover, Deliverer, etc. if applicable).

-Having experience with Svelte and Azure Cosmos DB is a plus.

-Using .NET Core/MVC, MSSQL, Angular 8+, and Web API.

-Designing, building, and maintaining efficient and reusable C# code using design patterns.

-Building and consuming J SON-based ASP.NET Web API services.

-Executing patches and proactive remediation for Legacy Applications, including designing, developing, and testing web applications with .NET, HTML, CSS, and other technologies.

-May lead the work of others and provide ideas to enhance software applications.

-Applying software design and development principles such as SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, and Object-Oriented Development.

-Familiarity with ORM frameworks, particularly the Entity Framework.

-Participating in architectural meetings and analyzing technical requirements for .NET applications.

-Managing source code with Git, including Git Flow Workflow.

-Implementing enterprise application patterns.

-Paying attention to details and having excellent organizational skills.

-Possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, and Display)

-Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software

-Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms

-Manage social media marketing campaigns

-Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, and Programmatic)

• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.

• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

• Participate and brainstorm with the team about the ideas of creative designing for social media and all types of Ad formats adhering to company standards

• Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization, and communication skills during all phases of creative development from enquiry to delivery.

• Create videos for our ventures using any video editing tools.

• Conceptualize, create & design images across digital media on our ventures with readymade live images.

• Design brochures for upcoming projects as and when required.

• Create printable format ads for any outdoor advertising of our projects when required.

• Able to design creatives in a unique, trendy and impressive way.

We're looking for a Full Stack developer who will take a key role on our team. Our Full Stack developer must have knowledge in all stages of software development.

• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
