A Business Architect is responsible for designing and aligning business strategies and operations with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.    Designing and implementing business strategies: Business Architects are responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. They identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and work with stakeholders to implement changes.

2.    Aligning business processes: Business Architects ensure that business processes are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. They identify areas for improvement and design processes that support efficient and effective operations.

3.    Developing and implementing business architecture: Business Architects develop and implement business architecture that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. They define the organization's structure, systems, processes, and technology, ensuring that they are aligned with the business strategy.

4.    Analyzing business requirements: Business Architects analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement. They work with stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements.

5.    Leading cross-functional teams: Business Architects lead cross-functional teams, bringing together stakeholders from different departments to design and implement solutions that support the organization's goals and objectives.

6.    Communicating with stakeholders: Business Architects communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and to keep them informed of progress and changes. They work with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet their requirements and expectations.

7.    Managing change: Business Architects manage change by identifying potential roadblocks and developing strategies to mitigate them. They work with stakeholders to implement changes and ensure that they are adopted effectively.

8.    Continuously improving processes: Business Architects are responsible for continuously improving processes to ensure that they remain aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. They identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and work with stakeholders to implement changes

Overall, a Business Architect plays a critical role in designing and implementing strategies, processes, and systems that support the organization's goals and objectives. They work closely with stakeholders across the organization, leading cross-functional teams and managing change to ensure that solutions are effective and efficient.

As a Power Platform developer, you will be responsible for analysis, prototyping, designing, and building solutions to meet business requirements. Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Knowledge of IT systems development experience, with a primary focus on the Microsoft solution stack
• Hands-on Knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft technologies and Hybrid/Cloud technologies
• Understanding of the capabilities of Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Office 365/SharePoint Online, and Teams

We are seeking a seasoned DBA to join our team. You will have extensive experience in a mission-critical environment as a database administrator over a successful career.  You will primarily work on the Supporting our Databases, AWS RDS (MySQL), and  MongoDB/ Cassandra.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership in database scaling & monitoring. Maintain runbooks for our 24x7 SRE team. 
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of database issues. Perform database upgrades and patches.
• Define and develop data pipelines between platforms in a mission-critical environment using DMS, Fivetran, Kafka, etc.
• Work with our developers to optimize and tune their SQL queries.
• Assist in application development, debugging, and optimization with respect to data concerns.
• Provide input in the design and implementation of backup, recovery, and DR strategy
• Review application and database design for compliance.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to script in a high-level language like Python, Ruby, etc for Automation. 
• 8+ years of experience in AWS database services like RDS (Mysql), MongoDB/ Cassandra.
• 4+ years of experience in database design and DevOps on AWS.
• Must demonstrate a clear understanding of logical and physical database design and standards. 
• Experience in columnar data warehouse solutions like Redshift or Snowflake. 
• Must have extensive hands-on experience with MySQL in a large scale 24x7 production environment with millions of records.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; or equivalent work experience

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with NoSQL solutions such as Cassandra/MongoDB etc.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) in an agile environment
• Hands-on production experience with Big Data applications such as Spark.
• Knowledge of development best practices (source control with Git, continuous integration, automated testing).

Must have:

• Knowledge on design, development and deployment of applications based on CMS and Dot Net technology framework
• Strong Analytical, Logical Reasoning and Problem-Solving skills
• Strong in SDLC concepts, RDBMS concepts and SQL/PL-SQL, Data Structures
• Ability to effectively work with a highly technical and virtually located team

Good to have:

• Considerable knowledge in the following: Drupal, .NET MVC, PHP, CSS, Angular, jQuery, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, DevOps, Agile software development 
• Exposure to mobile application development using any one of the mobile development platforms (iOS, Android, Windows)
