Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Developer based in Gurugram. The Python Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain efficient back-end components, APIs, and systems that support the company's platform. This role requires a candidate with 2–4 years of hands-on project experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and comprehensive knowledge of Python programming.
• Hands on project experience of at least 2+ years is mandatory.
• Experience in Software Development with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and principles.
• Experience with Django Framework is Mandatory.
• Familiarity with working on Databases, including designing, querying, and optimizing database performance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in coding and debugging processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile development environment.
• Understanding of front-end technologies and their integration with back-end services is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15–20 days will be preferred.

The ORM (Online Reputation Management) Executive is responsible for optimizing online listings, managing brand identity, and handling client

grievances. This role involves enhancing the company's online presence

through various strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a

positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

- OTA Optimization - Reviews and Ratings:

Monitor and manage reviews and ratings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

Implement strategies to improve overall ratings and manage feedback

effectively.

Engage with customers through reviews to foster positive relationships and

address concerns.

- Website Listing Optimization:

Regularly update and optimize property listings on the company website.

Ensure all listings are accurate, detailed, and attractive to potential clients.

- Image Optimization:

Optimize images on the website for better performance and visual appeal.

Enhance brand identity through consistent and high-quality imagery.

Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visuals that align with

the brand’s image.

- Maintaining Brand Identity Online:

Uphold and promote the company’s brand identity across all online platforms.

Ensure all online content reflects the company’s values, mission, and branding

guidelines.

Monitor online presence to ensure consistency and quality of the brand’s

representation.

- Addressing Client Grievances:

Respond promptly and professionally to client complaints and grievances.

Provide solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Document and report recurring issues to improve overall service quality.

- Handling Escalations and Damage Control:

Manage and resolve escalated issues effectively to mitigate potential damage to

the brand.

Develop and implement damage control strategies to handle negative

publicity.

Communicate with affected clients to restore confidence and trust in the brand.

- Listing New Properties and Delisting Inactive/Non-performing Listings:

Identify and list new properties on various platforms.

Monitor the performance of listings and delist properties that are inactive or

underperforming.

Ensure all active listings are current and optimized for best performance.

Business Analytics/Data Analytics Lead

• Enable Business Transformation with Data Analytics by working with our big clients in major sectors such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI
• Partner business teams to understand the business area, work with the team to evolve and define the business problems, use-cases, translate the same into an analytical problem, design solution approach, define ROI, help execute to deliver relevant insights that lead to actions and business value.
• Connect business requirements with Technology solutions and be able to determine feasibility, technical gaps, size etc.
• Be able to define a project plan for the identified solutions, help hire and train technical resources, be the glue between Business team and the technical/implementation team
• Be proficient at solving ad hoc business problems, innovating on potential future solutions, and working with technology partners to build solutions and/or creative approaches to solve ‘one of a kind’ problems.
• Embed tested solutions to make them business as usual and help quantify value benefits from analytics.
• Be creative and a committed problem-solver using Data and Advanced analytics skill alongside leadership and direct engagement of business leaders.
• Be a trusted advisor to the client CxOs/leadership team in evangelising the use of Data & Data Science in business decisions. Help accelerate the organisation journey to become data driven.
• Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects
• Work with development and testing teams to deliver solutions and support UAT
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in technology/project management/product management/solution delivery
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in roles partnering in Data Analytics related use-cases and solutions resulting in significant cost, productivity and/or quality gains for the business
• Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business Analytics or similar). MBA preferred

·       Experience of specifying and writing business requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions in the field of Data Analytics/AI

• Prior industry experience in defining/creating Data Analytics solutions  in one or more of Oil & Gas, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail sectors.
• Strong preference for experience in setting up & managing analytics / data products / platforms & leading change management.
• Be able to articulate and have a keen eye on the value that Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Data Lake/Catalogue can bring to organizations
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise, and actionable manner
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with peers & senior stakeholders demonstrating strong vertical and lateral influence.
• Working knowledge of Analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, AI modelling such as Regression, Classification, and Time Series Problems.
• Experience building insights from analytics & telling data stories
• Passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of software development experience.
• Experience in lieu of education: Two years of experience for every year of formal education required. Application development experience using. NET, C#, . NET Core, SQL Server, CSS, and other web development technologies.
