Citibank APAC is going through a digital transformation journey at a brisk pace. We are expanding our Digital Marketing Analytics team to help accelerate this transformation through data-driven decision making and digital technology adoption. This role – Officer, AIM APAC C11 Digital Analytics Implementation – would entail being a hands-on contributor.

Job Summary

• Accountable & Responsible for delivering initiatives and projects for region and country focused on implementing Web Analytics, Mobile app Analytics
• Spearhead Adobe Analytics implementation by working with Digital Customer Experience and Digital Sales & Marketing team
• Conduct and document journey walkthrough ensuring all scenarios, customer interactions are captured
• Understand business measurement requirements and translate these requirements into Solution Design Reference (SDR)
• Prepare tagging specifications in line with approved SDR
• Conduct QA on Adobe Analytics implementation
• Ensure tagging process governance, documenting all the necessary artefacts and approvals
• Mentor juniors in the team and train them on tools/techniques required for day to day deliverables
• Work with production teams & vendors to efficiently develop, implement, and maintain tracking strategies to seamlessly integrate other customer-level data

The ideal candidate would have:

• 6+ years of experience in implementing Web Analytics & Mobile app Analytics, exposure to financial services domain is an added advantage
• Deep expertise & experience in implementing Adobe Analytics (Omniture) for complex requirements and maintaining JavaScript libraries
• Expert in implementing Adobe DTM/Launch web properties, Variables (eVars, Props, Events) and Rules (On-Page, Event and Direct Calls)
• Hands-on experience of working with clickstream data
• Experience with multi-channel and cross-channel attribution
• Ability to clearly and concisely articulate the problem, approach and recommendations to both technical and business audience
• Expertise and experience leveraging Adobe Analytics to access web/mobile performance data, use the data and visualization to check data-collection accuracy and perform basic digital analysis
• Ability to think strategically, and then follow-through with detail-orientation, execution and managing competing priorities
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong executive presence, communication, presentation and story-telling skills
• Self-motivated and good team player

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above in any of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics etc. from Premier Institute or a track record of performance that demonstrates this ability
• MBA or PGDM would have an added advantage

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 

• Utilizing your deep technical knowledge to design, develop and optimize business processes across multiple systems.Developing detailed technical analysis and design specifications based on functional requirements.
• Collaborating with fellow developers and clients to solve problems.
• Creating user acceptance testing and performance testing plans to validate and support the customizations, features and functionalities.
• Migrating to internal and external clouds, as well as to Microservices architecture.
• Evaluating open source and vendor products.

 

Key responsibility:

• Designing and developing for performance and scalability, and to meet the overall detailed requirements of the system.
• Collaborating with fellow developer, testing, operations and architecture teams when projects and changes in technology have impact across the enterprise
• Creating user acceptance testing and performance testing plans to validate and support the customizations and integrations.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3  years of software development using Java, J2EE, , XML, Web Services/SOA and used Java frameworks - Spring, Spring-boot, Hibernate, REST.
• Working with GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins tools to build and deploy code deployment to production

           environments

• Experience with Application Development using object oriented Lifecycle and Application Frameworks
• Strong technical, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Experience with system, application, and process documentation including tools such as MS-Visio, Office.
• Experience with quality control and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Solid experience in design, coding, testing and debugging skills
• Solid experience in design, coding, testing and debugging skills
• Familiar with automation tools Autosys/ Control-M
• Experience with SVN Source Code management techniques/ tools for software management, Knowledge SDLC tools (JIRA).
• Demonstrated teamwork and ability to work with diversified multi-location team.
