Our vision is to be the top technology inspired home improvement and design brand in the world and create one of the region's most respected companies.As a Sr Category Manager, you will - Will be responsible for the P&L, Roadmap, Strategy and end-to-end ownership of the designated Category- Developing and executing the Category Strategy & Roadmap- Building a robust and predictable supply-chain of supply-side partners and developing long-term partner relationships- Catalog development, catering to all external/internal customers, ensuring appropriate selection, price-points, availability and SLAs- Working with internal and external stakeholders and functions on multiple projects- Ownership of the P&L and other Customer/Operations/Business Metrics of the Category- Management and growth of the team, creating and fostering a healthy team-environmentQualifications/ Skill-set:- 4+ years of work-experience in e-commerce, FMCG, startups or Consulting - Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality- Skilled in working on projects with multiple stakeholders- Strong leadership and people skills- Extremely high level of ownership- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Should be from NIT/BITS/IIT/IIM/ISB/Tier-1 B-schools

1. Build the categories and own P&L for assigned categories in line with organisation targets.2. Vendor Onboarding: Adding on new vendors and categories proactively by constantly improving Quality, Cost and delivery terms with vendors across India.3. Cross functional liaison, to drive and grow GMV, with functions like Tech, Marketing, and Sales etc. 4. Analytical approach to Inventory management: Data driven approach to arrive at decision to own inventory vs VMI 5. Define Pricing and Inventory strategy for products in respective categories. 6. Crack strategic alliances with renowned brands to secure best industry pricing and deals. 7. Own on-boarding of product catalog, category merchandising and vendor management. 8. Category Analytics - proficient in analytics to identify growth areas and execute.Must Have :-Self-starter, 100% ownership and enthusiasm Strong communication and interpersonal skills Should possess strong willingness to get hands dirty (literally), get stuff done and strong work ethics Has relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment.
