We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our data-driven team. As a Data Scientist, you will work with large datasets, apply advanced analytics techniques, and build machine learning models to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with various teams to translate complex data into clear recommendations and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.
• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data science tasks.
• Preprocess, clean, and organize raw data from various sources for analysis.
• Conduct statistical analysis and build predictive models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Design experiments and A/B testing to evaluate business initiatives.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of data pipelines and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and analytics technologies.

Responsibilities :      

• Requirement gathering and stakeholder management for client projects.
• Scope software development projects, create various documents (e.g. SRS, wireframes etc) and define development roadmap along side technical lead.
• Coordinate with clients day to day and act as a product owner to ensure the software being developed is conceptualised and delivered per client's expectations.
• Facilitate kick off meetings, requirement meetings and status meetings.
• Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high quality customer experience while adhering to the SLA’s and work processes 
• Use tools such as JIRA for project management/tracking.
• Verify and validate the software on a regular basis.
• Ensure in-scope development and obtain change request approvals by evaluating against change control processes.
• Conduct impact assessments and manage risks/resolution with least impact to project constraints.
• Manage and mentor a team.
• Coordinate with sales team and participate in pre-sales activities as and when required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish viable opportunities.
• Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels.
• Score the viability of an interested lead for the sales team.
• Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads.
• Organise and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software.
• Proficient in Lead generation through email, outreach platforms and data search tool like LikedIn; Sales Navigator
• Follow company decorum at all times when representing the organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
• 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting
• Effective communication skills 

• Proficiency with CRM software

• Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
• Have the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• In-bound & Out-bound lead generation experience
• data building and data mining using search tools
• Excellent client servicing skills
• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

• Designing and building the website back-ends.
• Creating the website architecture.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Building new features and plugins for existing products written in WordPress.
• Improvising and maintaining of various user facing dashboards & e-commerce apps.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as WordPress Developer.
• Proficiency in PHP and mysql.
• Should have expertise in WordPress theme customisation, OOPS, API fundamentals.
• Should have good knowledge of Jquery, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience in MVC patterns, building Web APIs, OOPS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of building WordPress plugin creation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience in setting up and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic DevOps.
• Experience with deploying and managing applications to web servers.
