What will you do at Fynd?
- Maintain a healthy bottom line and the top line on Fynd Store, strategize and plan the sales in order to ensure the brand grows on Fynd Store.
- Expand the relationships with existing Brands by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Achieve / exceed target KPIs including : Sales%, Orders %, monthly Application usage, and Non Performing Brands/Stores
- Prospect and acquire brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country
- Understanding the brand proposition, negotiating with brands on commercial agreements, and setting proper expectations
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround
- Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organization to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives, and drive growth
- Being hands-on with data, create dashboards and reports to share with brands you manage on the platform.
- Working with the brand’s internal marketing team to strategize and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic, and transactions.
- Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organization; expanding the product and brand portfolio
- Maintaining a broad understanding of the brand’s P&L, revenue targets, and gross margins and using it for better decision-making
- Staying updated on retail and digital trends.

Some specific Requirements
- 3 -6 years of relevant experience in category management, retail management, or the e-commerce industry.
- Self-driven individual who takes initiative and complete ownership of their work
- A decent understanding and/or a strong interest in the Retail/e-Commerce sector, brand awareness, and retail trends.
- Work experience around Front end retail will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

About the Role:
