- Take ownership of the entire fintech application having 1M + users

- Recruit , train and manage Senior Developers (our most junior developers are 3+ years)

- Worked on latest android versions

- Hands on on Firebase, notifications, Google Maps, Sessions Management , Socket integration

- Good at Core Java and create own libraries

- Work Exp in Lead role in past companies

Experience with Flutter is a plus

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning the company's vision, strategy and execution of multiple new enterprise resource planning systems and 3rd party software with the company's OS.

What you will do:

• Working with internal customers, external partners and translating business requirements into scalable solutions
• Defining the implementation roadmap and timeline to meet business objectives
• Working across engineers, business stakeholders, external stakeholders, customer ops and partnering closely with business units
• Helping us execute on long term bets to help us hyper scale our business

• Strong Program Management skills
• Experience working with business teams, consultants and implementation partners
• Experience implementing an ERP or CRM Tool at an organization- preferably Dynamics or SAP
• Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple cross-team customers to delivery and completion
• Ability to determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable working alt Saturdays

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for synthesizing data to provide actionable insights to the leadership and the product team to influence strategy and growth.

• Providing key data inputs needed for launching the product
• Monitoring the performance of new features and recommending iterations based on your findings
• Defining metrics we need to drive, setting up targets and tracking the progress of our products
• Researching on competition and players across the world to benchmark metrics and set goals
• Conducting customer interviews to understand the customer journey and mapping it to certain patterns we notice in our data
• Analysing root cause and debugging for metric deviations and bugs
• Building dashboards and tools, crafting analyses to make better decisions
• Working with other teams - engineering, data analysts, content closely for setting up, measuring and tracking product metrics
• Evaluating tools to measure product metrics and being a key member in setting up tools working with other teams
• Being the gatekeeper for ensuring data governance around the organization
• Other usual tasks like creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking

Desired Candidate Profile

• BTech Graduate from good institutes
• Experience in product analytics is a plus (0-3 years)
• Prior experience in a data analysis related profile for an e-commerce/internet company
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to use SQL or reporting tools to derive actionable insights from user behavior
• Strong passion for analytics and problem solving
• A strong bias for action
• Understanding the common metrics used in the internet industry along with business growth metrics such as retention, churn, CAC, CLTV, etc    

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core PHP, Shopify, Magento.
• Good knowledge of any PHP framework ( CodeIgniter and CakePHP )
• Hands-on experience one PHP framework
• Good analytical & communication skills.
• Must be proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML
• Should have excellent written communication skills (English)
• Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team
• Must have dedication and commitment towards work.

• Active development of web based 3D Design tool which is used be interior designers to create awesome designs
• Creation of builder tool which helps in creating dynamic products (variable dimensions and finished) run time
• Development of rule engine which take care of ever growing product & design rules 

1. Creating content in various formats and types viz articles, blogs, website copies, newsletters, social media posts & captions
2. Creating content strategy and calendar for various clients as well as the company
3. Learning copywriting and applying it wherever required
