About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. You will connect with clients, promote our services, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and connect with potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and outreach.
• Generate a strong pipeline of leads across media sales, events, BTL campaigns, and digital marketing domains.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business requirements.
• Deliver compelling pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.

Sales Execution

• Achieve business targets by converting leads into long-term clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals, quotations, and strategic sales plans.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Provide insights to tailor pitches and identify new business opportunities.

Relationship Management

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Serve as the point of contact, delivering exceptional client support and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Campaign Planning Support

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and marketing strategies.
• Assist in executing BTL campaigns, digital initiatives, and events to drive client success.

Reporting & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM tools.
• Provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, and sales performance to the leadership team.

We are looking for a Lead Backend Engineer who has hands-on experience working with and leading Product teams and has solved for and built complex backend solutions. You'll be involved with bringing features and products from idea to completion and mentoring an incredibly talented group of peers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with CXO’s, product managers, devops, and frontend engineers to collaboratively own the backend-end layer for Vauld’s application.
• Architect and build highly scalable, secure features keeping the long term vision of the product.

Requirements:

• You have 7 years or more of backend development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance applications.
• Worked with and built high performance products using Node Js/GoLang/ Python and have seen the product evolution cycle from PoC to Production 
• You have a deep understanding of design principles and can rightly judge/implement solutions to complex problems
• You are capable of writing high-quality code that conforms to the standards and best practices in a particular language/framework.
• You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.
• You love to own end to end responsibility, starting from defining the problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, releasing in staging & then production environment, and finally monitoring.

Preferred:

• Previous work experience in product-based startups
• Experience building for products that have scaled and have seen the product evolution
• Understands the cryptocurrency landscape

• Deep experience on Performance Engineering with understanding of Java/J2EE technologies.
• Experienced in defining and realizing end-to-end Technical Architecture for large scale real- time enterprise systems. Ability to identify and define non-functional requirements and design systems to meet the same.
• Ability to review existing Architectures and identify Risks, Trade-offs, and share recommendations for addressing the identified issues.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of cloud architecture considerations when scaling and tuning application deployments. Must have hands on experience working on any of the Cloud deployments on AWS or Azure.

• Experience in performance optimization of J2EE systems on any of different types of application servers - WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss etc. Deep expertise in any one of the application servers is a must.
• Experience in creating and reviewing technical documents like Architecture blueprint, Design specifications, Deployment architecture.
• Experience on working on Performance Testing Projects. Fair understanding of Performance Testing tools - Apache JMeter /Gatling/ HP Load Runner for Load testing. Must be in a position to review Performance Testing programs and steer directions towards right Workload Model, appropriate Test and Monitoring Strategy, build performance models and derive at right Capacity Planning.
• Experience in Big Data Analytics like - Apache Kafka, Apache Storm, Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark.
• Good skills in RDBMS like: Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL, Cassandra, and Mongo DB
• Exposure to Agile methodologies & Continuous Integration Tools
• Entrepreneur / Intrapreneur (someone who has built technology teams ground-up, built new solutions from scratch)
• Very sound understanding of technology and have a consultative approach.
• Sound understanding of complex enterprise IT environment and issues faced by CIOs in the digital era.
• Excellent Pre-sales experience and have played a key role in winning business along with the sales team.
