Roles and Responsibilities:
- Development and Customization
- Design, develop, and customize ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces within SAP HANA.
- Create and maintain data models using Core Data Services (CDS) views.
- Develop Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and OData services.
- Performance Optimization
- Analyze and optimize existing ABAP programs for performance and efficiency, particularly for HANA databases.
- Implement best practices for coding and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
- Integration
- Integrate SAP systems with third-party applications through APIs, web services, and IDoc interfaces.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Testing and Documentation
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document technical specifications, design documents, and development processes.
- Troubleshooting and Support
- Identify and resolve issues related to ABAP programs and HANA database queries.
