Content Manager (Founders’ Office / AI Product)

Location: Bangalore (In-office preferred)

Type: Full-time | Startup environment

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a result-driven Content Manager who can own content end-to-end across platforms and turn ideas into distribution, traction, and measurable outcomes.

This role is not about writing blogs only.

It’s about building narratives, shipping content daily, and driving growth.

You will work closely with the founder and product team in a fast-moving AI startup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Ownership (Core)

You will own content across all major channels:

• X (Twitter)

• Reddit

• LinkedIn

• Newsletter (Substack / Email)

• Instagram (reels, carousels, captions)

• Website blogs / landing content

From ideation → creation → posting → iteration.

2.Growth & Optimization

• Understand and apply SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and content discoverability

• Repurpose long-form content into short-form across platforms

• Track performance and double down on what works

• Build content systems, not one-off posts

3.Outbound & Email Content

• Write cold outbound emails

• Design follow-up sequences

• Experiment with hooks, CTAs, and positioning

• Improve response rates through iteration

4.Founder & Product Content

• Convert founder thoughts, product updates, and case studies into:

• High-quality posts

• Threads

• Narratives

• Maintain consistent voice and clarity

Must-Have Requirements

• Has owned content across multiple platforms (not just assisted)

• Comfortable writing for X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Newsletter, Instagram

• Understands SEO, AEO, distribution, and audience psychology

• Result-driven: thinks in reach, engagement, leads, conversions

• Proactive and self-starting (doesn’t wait for instructions)

• Loves reading books, learning, and thinking deeply

• Has existing traction:

• A personal brand

• A content page

• Or measurable growth results

• Prior experience in a startup environment (fast, messy, high ownership)

Good-to-Have

• Prior experience in an AI product or AI consultancy

• Has shipped content with real business impact

• Familiar with B2B SaaS, AI, or developer audiences

• Comfortable working directly with founders

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Customer 360 Cloud MDM Expert to support in building and managing robust master data solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Informatica's MDM tools, with a strong background in data governance, quality management, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end MDM implementations using Informatica Customer 360 Cloud, MDM, and Reference 360.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and implement data models.
• Apply best practices in data governance, enforce quality rules, and deliver dashboard solutions for monitoring and insights.
• Build and optimize API and batch integration workflows with performance tuning.
• Document solutions thoroughly and provide technical troubleshooting support.
• Act as a key liaison with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Management.
• 3+ years of hands-on expertise with:
• Informatica Customer 360 Cloud MDM
• Reference 360

Proven experience in:

• Data Modeling
• Data Governance and Quality
• Dashboards and Reporting
• API/Batch Integration Development
• Performance Tuning and Optimization
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder interaction skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working with global clients.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in data management.

Job Responsibility:

• Work in collaboration with the Design and Technology Team Team, break down epics into features and features into stories to build MVP solutions to enable benefits realization in the shortest possible time frame
• Utilize analysis expertise to consistently elaborate requirements into detailed solutions.
• Facilitate discussions with Technical Leads and Squads to review and estimate features and stories
• You will work alongside the Product Owner to ensure that features and stories are continuously prioritized on the backlog and aligned to business value streams
• Contribute towards sprint planning for the Squad, ensuring that prioritization and dependencies are considered when bringing new work in for development
• To understand business requirement
• Understanding business requirements through user requirements gathering sessions
• to take lead a project from the very beginning till the project is delivered successfully
• Mapping business requirements to Functional solutions and Preparing BRD document
• Creating Functional specifications from which developers can create application solutions.
• Prepare a test Plan with scenarios and Test cases, detailing the test steps. Identify and gather data from various sources. Execute test cases and record result
• Take ownership of product delivery timelines and milestones typical tasks to involve analysis of business requirement requests, liaising with the Development Team and Management to complete development, support of UAT
• Analyze business problems and provide solutions.
• Participate with peers and represent the business on project teams
• Should be able to communicate the business idea and thought process clearly

• Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Be used to working and communicating as part of a high-performing agile Team
• Ability to translate customer opportunities and pain points into detailed Features and User Stories that our Developer and Quality Assurance Engineers can understand and deliver
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Familiarity with the latest technology like Blockchain is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
