- The ABAP consultant is expected to help with queries relating to Reports, interfaces, enhancements, ALE/IDOC, Conversions, forms, Adobe forms, ABAP workflow, proxies etc.
- Knowledge in Readsoft OCR & its connectivity with Cockpit, BADI, BAPI, Data Dictionary, SAP Script, OOPS, Debugging, LSMW, Workflow
- Familiar with Procure to Pay Process and SAP transport process including Charm
- Knowledge of any core functional module of SAP & linkages in ABAP and Ariba to SAP integration will be an added advantage
Key Accountabilities :
- Provide technical and operational expertise to meet business process and application requirements for Readsoft Cockpit/ABAP
- Provide support of Incident Management in Readsoft Cockpit/ABAP and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Ensure SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem investigation and resolution for ABAP tickets
- Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions when alternative solutions are available for Readsoft Cockpit/ABAP tickets
- Provide appropriate assessment of Kofax notes, SAP OSS notes with regard to relevance for ABAP Operations & application process knowledge and capability
- Ability to work in a team and in multi-geography client support environment
