Job Title: Client Success Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Customer Project Management

• Ensure all required order information is received and projects can be delivered within the committed timeline.
• Complete the Discovery Phase by gathering and validating customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Create project plans and provide regular progress reports to customers.

Customer Service

• Handle customer calls whenever required and resolve escalated support cases.
• Support and resolve issues escalated by the First Level Support team.
• Ensure solutions are provided within the agreed turnaround time.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and case activities.
• Ensure services provided are properly billed and paid for.
• Document issues and resolutions through Knowledge Base Articles for future reference.
• Create and modify Crystal Reports as per customer requirements.

Training & Customer Enablement

• Plan, package, and deliver customer training sessions remotely or onsite.
• Help customers become familiar with the Windowmaker software through demos, trials, and guided sessions.
• Prepare presentations, training materials, and videos for advanced or complex features.
• Provide training and guidance to the First Level Support team.

Management Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management regarding project and support activities.

Data Projects

• Analyze customer requirements and prepare project specifications.
• Perform data setup and configuration based on approved specifications.
• Conduct code/release testing and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Engineering Graduate with basic computer knowledge, preferably in software or IT-related fields.
• 1 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Success, or Technical Support roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

We are looking for an AI / Machine Learning Engineer with strong AWS experience to design, develop, and deploy ML models in a cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities:

- Build ML models for fraud detection and anomaly detection

- Work with transactional and behavioral data

- Deploy models on AWS (S3, SageMaker, EC2/Lambda)

- Build data pipelines and inference workflows

- Integrate ML models with backend APIs

Requirements:

- Strong Python and Machine Learning experience

- Hands-on AWS experience

- Experience deploying ML models in production

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Responsibilities
• Designing, developing, and testing UI for web applications in VueJS
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
The candidate must have:
• Experience building object-oriented web applications in VueJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• 1+ years' experience in frontend development
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies

• 3+ years experience leading a team of DevOps engineers
• 8+ years experience managing DevOps for large engineering teams developing cloud-native software
• Strong in networking concepts
• In-depth knowledge of AWS and cloud architectures/services.
• Experience within the container and container orchestration space (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Passion for CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins etc.
• Familiarity with config management tools like Ansible Terraform etc
• Proven record of measuring and improving DevOps metrics
• Familiarity with observability tools and experience setting them up
• Passion for building tools and productizing services that empower development teams.
• Excellent knowledge of Linux command-line tools and ability to write bash scripts.

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and manage the entire cloud infrastructure
• Create the entire CI/CD pipeline to build and release
• Explore new technologies and tools and recommend those that best fit the team and organization
• Own and manage the site reliability
• Strong decision-making skills and metric-driven approach
• Mentor and coach other team members

1. Identify and prospect new Business Opportunities via personalized emails, Telephonic calls, prospecting via Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, online Databases, Websites.
2. Schedule potential Client meetings 
3. Constantly work with Sales and Marketing Heads to strategize on Pipeline building and its progress.
4. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve Monthly/Quarterly revenue Goals.
5. Prepare and Analyse lead Generation pipeline via Reports and Dashboards and give insights on the way ahead.
6. Manage Sales Funnel while interacting with Prospective clients and maintain relationships for re-marketed prospects.
