Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive OpenShift Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and maintaining Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environments, ensuring their performance, availability, and scalability. The role involves collaborating with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to optimize Kubernetes workloads and enhance CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities:

 Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.

 Manage Kubernetes clusters, nodes, and workloads.

 Integrate OpenShift with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging tools.

 Ensure cluster security, performance, and availability.

 Automate processes using scripting (Bash, Python) or tools like Ansible.

 Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for containerized application deployments.

Required Skills:

 5+ years of experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes administration.

 Proficiency in Linux (RHEL/CentOS), Docker, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).

 Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and scripting.

 Red Hat OpenShift certification is a plus.

Required Skills

Coding experience in Java

 Extensive hands-on experience working with AWS cloud products and services

 Experience with popular open-source software such as Postgres, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Redis

and Couchbase

 Experience working with NodeJS, React/Redux, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes

 Experience with development frameworks such as the Spring/Spring Boot framework, Hibernate
