Job Title: SAP ABAP Lead Experience: 8-10 years Location: Hyderabad

· Should have 8-10 years of experience as an ABAP Lead/Consultant working for Implementation and Support Projects

· Responsible to manage the technical teams

Need Performance Tuning experience

· Conduct reviews on regular basis

· Should be flexible to work in different time zone

· Good at team management/mentoring/grooming skills

· Good to have functional skills in SAP SD/MM/Finance/Vistex

· Good to knowledge in Testing 

• 7+ years of experience as senior ABAP developer  
• Hands-on SAP development experience in Classic ABAP/ ABAP OO / CDS / AMDP  
• Hands-on SAP development experience in RAP (utilizing both managed and unmanaged implementations, clear understanding of the different benefits of each implementation, available artifacts, and their purpose)  
• Strong experience in developing SAP applications using Fiori Elements 
• Strong experience with REST API and BAPI 
• Strong troubleshooting skills.  
• Fluent English language skills oral and written

• Lead SAP ABAP development and technical activities across implementation and support projects.
• Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot ABAP solutions.
• Lead ECC to S/4HANA migration and related custom-code activities.
• Perform performance analysis and tuning of ABAP programs.
• Conduct regular technical and code reviews.
• Manage, mentor, and groom the technical team.
• Coordinate with functional teams such as SD, MM, FI, and Vistex.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production issues.
• Ensure technical quality, coding standards, and project delivery.
