Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools, colleges, and government offices to promote and sell our books
• Meet Principals, Teachers, and Education Officials to generate and close bulk orders
• Present book samples and effectively communicate their value
• Follow up with prospects and ensure conversion to confirmed orders
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in field sales (educational/book sales preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships and close deals
• Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Additional Information:

This is a field sales role, not a desk-based position

Performance will be measured based on sales targets and closures

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance

• Strong Product Designer profile, with both UI and UX works for B2C Products
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have a 3+ YOE in end-to-end Product Design, including UX work like UX Research, User Persona, Workflows
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes

• End-to-End IT Hiring – Source, screen, and hire top tech talent (Developers, DevOps, AI/ML Engineers, Cloud Architects).

Your primary role will be the implementation of the application for either desktop or mobile devices with a focus on performance. With your understanding of AngularJS  / React JS best practices you will create modules and components with which you architect the application.
