Position: Business Development Associate

Shift Timing: 10 AM to 6 PM - Monday to Saturday (Remote)

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Associate to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

• 1 - 3 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

• Analyzing market trends.

• Past experience in working with any product start-up is a plus.
• Proficiency in fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express (recommended).
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Understanding of REST Services.
• Experience with Redis.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
• Proficient understanding of serverless programming.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.

• You have experience with two or more development languages preferably Java or Python and React, etc 
• You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and you are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
• Comfortability with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
• Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in iOS Application Development
2. Proficient with iOS SDK, Swift and Cocoa Touch
3. Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
4. Must have already deployed at least one app on AppStore
5. Working knowledge of Web Services & REST (JSON) APIs, SQLite, Google API
6. Integration, Firebase
7. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
8. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
9. Strong mobile UI design and implementation experience
10. Understanding of code versioning tools

Role : 

• Understand and translate statistics and analytics to address business problems
• Responsible for helping in data preparation and data pull, which is the first step in machine learning
• Should be able to do cut and slice data to extract interesting insights from the data
• Model development for better customer engagement and retention
• Hands on experience in relevant tools like SQL(expert), Excel, R/Python
• Working on strategy development to increase business revenue
