In this role, you’ll be responsible for resolving high-priority customer complaints while also ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll act as the bridge between customers, mechanics, and internal teams, making sure issues are resolved quickly and customers leave happy.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism

✅ Coordinate with mechanics, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues on time

✅ Track, document, and close all escalations while ensuring customer satisfaction

✅ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and suggest process improvements 

✅ Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards 

✅ Support daily operational activities like scheduling, service tracking, and reporting

✅ Share weekly/monthly reports of escalations and operational challenges with management

What you’ll be doing

● Work with stakeholders (product owners, project managers and scrum masters) to define and clarify requirements.

● Hands-on development with both front-end, middle-tier and back-end programming.

● Experience developing macOS, iOS applications using Swift

1. Big data developer with 8+ years of professional IT experience with expertise in Hadoop ecosystem components in ingestion, Data modeling, querying, processing, storage, analysis, Data Integration and Implementing enterprise level systems spanning Big Data.
2. A skilled developer with strong problem solving, debugging and analytical capabilities, who actively engages in understanding customer requirements.
3. Expertise in Apache Hadoop ecosystem components like Spark, Hadoop Distributed File Systems(HDFS), HiveMapReduce, Hive, Sqoop, HBase, Zookeeper, YARN, Flume, Pig, Nifi, Scala and Oozie.
4. Hands on experience in creating real - time data streaming solutions using Apache Spark core, Spark SQL & DataFrames, Kafka, Spark streaming and Apache Storm.

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Web Developer to join our product development team.
