Job Purpose:
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role involves driving employee engagement, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management within the assigned business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership
· Act as the single point of contact for the leadership team and employees in the assigned business unit.
· Understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support growth and performance.
· Translate business needs into HR solutions, and proactively provide data-driven insights.
2. Talent Management
· Support workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility.
· Identify talent gaps and build plans to bridge them through development or recruitment.
· Manage end-to-end performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and feedback sessions.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
· Build a strong employee connect and proactively resolve grievances, concerns, or conflicts.
· Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to drive motivation and retention.
· Act as a custodian of company culture and core values.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
· Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented and followed consistently.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements.
· Partner with HR CoEs (TA, L&D, C&B, etc.) to ensure efficient execution of HR programs.
5. Data & Analytics
· Use HR analytics to monitor key metrics like attrition, absenteeism, engagement, etc.
· Provide actionable insights to business and HR leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
· MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
· 2–10 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR Generalist role.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
· Ability to influence leadership and drive change initiatives.
Proficient in Looker Action, Looker Dashboarding, Looker Data Entry, LookML, SQL Queries, BigQuery, LookML, Looker Studio, BigQuery, GCP.

Responsibilities:
● Create and maintain LookML code, which defines data models, dimensions, measures, and relationships within Looker.
● Develop reusable LookML components to ensure consistency and efficiency in report and dashboard creation.
● Build and customize dashboard to Incorporate data visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to present insights effectively.
● Write complex SQL queries when necessary to extract and manipulate data from underlying databases and also optimize SQL queries for performance.
● Connect Looker to various data sources, including databases, data warehouses, and external APIs.
● Identify and address bottlenecks that affect report and dashboard loading times and Optimize Looker performance by tuning queries, caching strategies, and exploring indexing options.
● Configure user roles and permissions within Looker to control access to sensitive data & Implement data security best practices, including row-level and field-level security.
● Develop custom applications or scripts that interact with Looker's API for automation and integration with other tools and systems.
● Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage LookML code changes and collaborate with other developers.
● Provide training and support to business users, helping them navigate and use Looker effectively.
● Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Looker, data models, and reports.
Skills Required:
● Experience in Looker's modeling language, LookML, including data models, dimensions, and measures.
● Strong SQL skills for writing and optimizing database queries across different SQL databases (GCP/BQ preferable)
● Knowledge of data modeling best practices
● Proficient in BigQuery, billing data analysis, GCP billing, unit costing, and invoicing, with the ability to recommend cost optimization strategies.
● Previous experience in Finops engagements is a plus
● Proficiency in ETL processes for data transformation and preparation.
● Ability to create effective data visualizations and reports using Looker’s dashboard tools.
● Ability to optimize Looker performance by fine-tuning queries, caching strategies, and indexing.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Cloud & DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, implementing continuous integration and deployment processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of services. The role will involve working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and managing Linux environments.
