What will you do at Fynd?
- Develop and execute digital growth strategies for Boltic
- Develop, collaborate, and execute with SEO, SEM, and paid media teams to deliver high-quality user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization to meet business goals.
- Work with broader growth team to design, execute, and optimize campaigns to ensure positive ROI
- Track and attribute growth channels with the outcomes by building dashboards and reports of across-the-funnel activities.
- Build a deep understanding of data interpretation and visualization to take day-to-day growth decisions.
- Stay on top of changing trends (including new AI tools) and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict user behavior.
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to implement strategies and actions to improve funnel performance.
- Pick, evaluate, and use the right tools and platforms to work with and optimize product growth efforts
Some specific requirements
- 2–6 of demonstrated success in growth marketing, including performance marketing and/or content marketing and/or organic growth (SEO) with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or enterprise solutions.
- Must have a background in mature consumer internet startups; workflow automation or data ops background preferred.
- A fast learner with a strong inclination towards exploring new tools and AI trends is a must.
- Proficiency in Excel, Automation, Workflows, and MarTech tools is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and Google BQ is great to have but not a must. Can learn on the job if required.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail are expected.

Responsibilities
Develop an effective test suite based on the FPGA requirements.
Testbench architecture with System Verilog and UVM
Develop test environments based on the architecture.
Develop Agents, Drivers, Monitors, Predictors, Scoreboard, and Sequences etc.
Actively participate in a team environment, working with verification,
architecture, applications, and design teams to develop comprehensive
verification plans and address issues.
Verification environment development/update for block level and system level.
Own and drive verification related activities, provide technical support, and
proactively manage tasks to meet schedule goals.
Define and develop effective functional assertions and coverpoints
Debug the design issues and report through appropriate tools
Code Coverage analysis and test case identification for improving the code
coverage.
Perform timing simulations.
Apply techniques and skills required to identify a root cause of a given issue and
very good debugging skills.
Technical guidance to the junior engineers on verification tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication or
VLSI )
10+ years of Industry experience in development, integration & verification of
ASIC/FPGA.
Protocols – PCIe, SPI, ARINC 429, Mil 1553, Image processing or similar.
Hands on experience in developing System Verilog/UVM verification
environment from scratch.
Hands on experience with Questa or similar advanced simulation tools.
Hands on experience in DO-254 verification process.
Experience in DOORS/Jama will be a plus.
Experience in Video domain will be a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Developing system components throughout all phases of the product lifecycle·
- Own, improve, maintain, and enhance the code of a desktop client application with a native look and feel for Windows, one of the primary access points for users to Egnyte’s cloud-based connect solution
- Influence architecture, features, and implementation of our product·
- Collaborate with other developers, product owners, and QA in bringing releases in a SaaS delivery model
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Primarily be responsible for architecting and building large scale data pipelines that delivers AI and Analytical solutions to our customers. The right candidate will enthusiastically take ownership in developing and managing a continuously improving, robust, scalable software solutions.
Although your primary responsibilities will be around back-end work, we prize individuals who are willing to step in and contribute to other areas including automation, tooling, and management applications. Experience with or desire to learn Machine Learning a plus.

- Strong industry expertise with containerization technologies including kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Kubeflow
