The ideal candidate should possess strong technical drawing skills, a good understanding of design concepts, and the ability to prepare and revise engineering drawings using CAD software under the guidance of senior engineers.

Fresher with Autocad 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Assist in drafting mechanical, civil, or electrical layouts as per project requirements.
• Update and revise existing drawings based on design changes.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation systematically.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to understand design requirements.
• Support design reviews and implement feedback efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of SolidWorks / Revit (as applicable).
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support design development, documentation, vendor coordination, budgeting, and FF&E selection for residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong design sense, technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Develop design concepts aligned with client needs and project goals.
• Create interior design schemes including space planning, color palettes, materials, and finishes.

Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, elevations, and presentations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to integrate interior elements within project documentation.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for material sourcing and procurement.
• Ensure all FF&E items meet project specifications and budget limits.

Shop Drawings & Specifications

• Review and approve shop drawings for accuracy and design intent.
• Prepare specifications for construction, installation, and finishing works.

Quotes & Budget Management

• Prepare cost estimates, quotes, and BOQs.
• Assist the project team in monitoring and managing project budgets.

FF&E Selection

• Lead the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment as per design concepts and client preferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and product innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E procurement.
• Ability to prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.

6 + years of hands-on development experience and in-depth knowledge of , Spring Java, Spring boot, Quarkus and nice to have front-end technologies like Angular, React JS

● Excellent Engineering skills in designing and implementing scalable solutions

● Good knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline with strong focus on TDD

● Strong communication skills and ownership

● Exposure to Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices is highly desired.

● Experience in working on public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, GCP w.r.t. solutions development, deployment & adoption of cloud-based technology components like IaaS / PaaS offerings

● Proficiency in PL/SQL and Database development.

Strong in J2EE & OOPS Design Patterns.

• Backend development along with team management
• Hands on experience in product development 
• Preferred candidates from Fintech and Banking sectors
• Exp in Python / Java slong with databases like MySQL, NoSQL, etc
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
