Role Description: The Chatbot Developer will develop software and system architecture while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g., solution patterns, application frameworks).

Responsibilities:

- Develop REST/JSON API’s Design code for high scale/availability/resiliency.

- Develop responsive web apps and integrate APIs using NodeJS.

- Presenting Chat efficiency reports to higher Management

- Develop system flow diagrams to automate a business function and identify impacted systems; metrics to depict the cost benefit analysis of the solutions developed.

- Work closely with business operations to convert requirements into system solutions and collaborate with development teams to ensure delivery of highly scalable and available systems.

- Using tools to classify/categorize the chat based on intents and coming up with F1 score for Chat Analysis

- Experience in analyzing real agents Chat conversation with agent to train the Chatbot.

- Developing Conversational Flows in the chatbot

- Calculating Chat efficiency reports.

Good to Have:

- Monitors performance and quality control plans to identify performance. 

- Works on problems of moderate and varied complexity where analysis of data may require adaptation of standardized practices. 

- Works with management to prioritize business and information needs.

- Experience in analyzing real agents Chat conversation with agent to train the Chatbot.

- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Purpose: The person in this position would be responsible for backend integration of Deep learning algorithms, creating dashboards for clients.

 Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the overall product portfolio and the competitive landscape.  Lead technical discovery and prepare/deliver technical presentations explaining our products to prospects and customers.  Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos to clients that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.  Successfully manage and execute technical proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote.  Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.  Evangelize Lincode products to prospects, customers, and partners via presentations and product demos.  Convey feature input and customer requirements to Product Management teams.  Partnering with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.  Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.  Respond to technical objections and articulate the value and return on investment delivered.  Liaise with the Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to provide consultative technical expertise for all customer needs.  Effectively communicate & build confidence with customers across teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales).  Engage in and oversee the development of customer proposals, design and delivery, ensuring all expertise, information and recommendations are concisely defined
