Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development and Optimization:

• Design, implement, and deploy ML models for diverse applications, including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and computer vision, tailored for cybersecurity, climate monitoring, and geospatial data analysis.
• Utilize deep learning (CNNs, RNNs), reinforcement learning, and generative models (GANs) for complex problem-solving.

1. Advanced Data Engineering:

• Develop ETL pipelines and preprocessing scripts using Pandas, Numpy, and PySpark to handle large datasets from satellite imagery, IoT sensors, and real-time data sources.
• Integrate data from APIs, databases, and big data platforms (Hadoop, Apache Kafka) to support real-time analytics.

1. Algorithm Research and Development:

• Research state-of-the-art ML techniques, including Transfer Learning, Transformer models, and AutoML, to enhance model performance.
• Innovate new algorithms for geospatial analysis, such as object detection on aerial imagery, spatial clustering, and environmental modeling.

1. Deployment and MLOps:

• Deploy models using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust model lifecycle management.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to implement scalable model serving solutions, using technologies like Sage Maker, TensorFlow Serving, and ONNX.

1. Performance Evaluation and Tuning:

• Perform model evaluation using advanced metrics (F1 Score, AUC-ROC, Intersection over Union for spatial data) and optimize for both accuracy and inference speed.
• Implement hyperparameter tuning using Bayesian Optimization, Grid Search, and Neural Architecture Search.

6. Performance Evaluation and Tuning:

• Perform model evaluation using advanced metrics (F1 Score, AUC-ROC, Intersection over Union for spatial data) and optimise for both accuracy and inference speed.

• Develop monitoring dashboards using Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools to track model performance post-deployment.
• Implement feedback loops for model retraining based on real-time data and evolving application needs.

Required Skills, Qualification and Experience:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from preferably top-tier       institutions.

• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), and data warehousing solutions (Redshift, BigQuery).

Criteria:

- Candidate should have Experience: 4–6 years in CRM & Lifecycle Marketing for digital-first/app-based platforms.

- Preferred Industry Exposure: Gaming / OTT / E-commerce

- Proven ability to own end-to-end lifecycle metrics such as activation, retention, churn reduction, or reactivation

- Strong hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms such as Clevertap, MoEngage, Braze, or WebEngage

- Expertise in user segmentation, cohort creation, and personalized targeting based on behavioral and transactional data

- Experience in managing cross-channel campaigns (Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, RCS, In-app) with a focus on ROI and spend optimization

Description

We are looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and drive key user lifecycle metrics at company. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in executing CRM campaigns and automation journeys that drive activation, retention, and engagement.

This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role where you’ll be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing end-to-end CRM strategies using platforms like Clevertap, MoEngage, or WebEngage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end metric ownership Be fully accountable for a defined lifecycle KPI (e.g., activation, D7 retention, churn rate) — set targets, build roadmap, deliver improvements and own outcomes.

2. Campaign setup & CRM operations (Clevertap / Braze / etc.) Build, configure, QA and execute campaigns and automated journeys in the CRM platform (Clevertap or equivalent) — audience selection, triggers, scheduling, tagging, and delivery monitoring.

3. Segmentation & personalization Define behavioural and transactional cohorts, implement dynamic personalization rules, and maintain audience hygiene to ensure relevance and lift.

4. Experimentation & optimization Design and run A/B and holdout experiments, analyse uplift, and iterate on messaging, timing and frequency to maximize impact.

5. Analysis, reporting & cross-functional alignment Track and interpret campaign and funnel metrics, maintain dashboards, produce concise insights and recommendations, and coordinate with Product, Data and CX for dependencies and fixes.

Ideal Candidate

10+ years of experience in software/data engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

Expertise in backend development with programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python, Node.JS, GoLang, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Scala for data processing and analytics.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their data services.

Strong foundation and expertise in HLD and LLD, as well as design patterns, preferably using Spring Boot or Google Guice

Experience in big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and distributed computing frameworks.

Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

Deep knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, SOC2, etc.).

Experience in NoSQL databases like Redis, Cassandra, MongoDB, and TiDB.
