The role
We are looking for someone who could ideate, shoot, direct, and edit video content to meet cross-platform social media requirements. The candidate will be part of the community division in the marketing team and responsible for bringing the team’s ideas to life. The creative assets will be used across a wide range of digital media. Our audience base belongs to ‘Bharat’ - familiar with the short, vernacular format of content and also get narrated about new products & offerings in the same format, across age groups & gender
What you will do
- Research, analyze, and strategize in the marketing team for video production.
- Create innovative videos with graphics, gifs, & clips adding special effects + music for ads, reels, IGTVs, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video as per the requirement of the team.
- Being involved in the pre-production, shoots & post-production
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video.
- Perform quality controls for all videos including color correction, white balance, & other general video quality aspects to align with design guidelines
- Perform various other tasks as per requirements.
Software Knowledge needed
- Adobe Suite - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator

- Knowledge of how Youtube, Social Media Ads work is a bonus.

As our Art Manager you’ll be part of the core art team working to improve our processes, hit our deadlines, source and manage outsourcers, and upskill the other members of the team.

Working closely with Department Leaders to optimise how the Art Department operates and define and establish best practices
