- Short Films & Storytelling Content: Bring narratives to life with high-quality editing that captures the essence of our storytelling platform.
- AI Collaboration Projects: Leverage cutting-edge tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway ML to create visuals that break new ground.
- Social Media Videos & Ads: Create attention-grabbing content that connects with our online community and showcases Mugafi’s offerings.
- Interviews & Events: Edit videos for our platform that highlight key moments from our events, interviews and others.
- Tutorials & Character Generation Videos: Produce product related engaging, informative content for our users and partners.

What the Role involves :
Position holder will be an individual contributor
Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART
Ensure products/services in client’s e-catalog are accurately defined Maximize revenue by upselling other services and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets
Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures
Prompt resolution of complaints
Daily 10-15 meaningful telephone/video calls with clients
- Make and attend necessary phone calls - inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide the required information to the customers
- Resolve any queries regarding gift delivery or transit damage.
- Maintain database by updating customer information daily
- Write communication scripts for inbound calls
- Keep the team informed about customer calls and demos regularly
- Basic/ Technical must have Core JAVA, Spring boot, Hibernate, JQuery, Apache Tomcat, JSON, JavaScript.
- Additional: Knowledge of XML Processing,
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, performance monitoring and enhancing skills on already developed codes.
