Description Key Responsibility Areas: 1. Responsible for handling approximately 60+ schools in a given region 2. Handle a team of field executives for School Data collection, handling query on deliveries etc. 3. Ensure timely collection and proper management of School Data including but not limited to, roll list, tracking of number of student enrolment, schedule of examinations etc. 4. Coordinate with Operations and School Relations team to ensure timely delivery and address issues of the school with respect to missing and additional deliveries. 5. Track all information of the work happening at the centre 6. Communicate with the respective teams and provide timely update 7. Plan and track for the tasks upcoming in the month, and arrange for resources accordingly 1. Infrastructure and People a. Hire resources at a fulfillment center b. Ensure adequate people are available for given week c. Motivate team and build good rapport with them, schedule trainings d. Conduct the performance management and mentor team for handling efficient 2. Finance a. Petty Cash planning and availability at the center b. Salaries of permanent and temporary staff c. Cost effectiveness of running the center d. Payment terms with multiple vendors and bill consolidation 3. Planning a. Plan and track for the day-wise, week-wise deliverables at the center b. Plan and track for the tasks upcoming in the month, and arrange for resources accordingly c. Maintain log of work happening at the center 4. Information and Communication a. Track all information of the work happening at the center b. Communicate with the respective school relations team and provide timely updates.
