Job Description:

The data science team is responsible for solving business problems with complex data. Data complexity could be characterized in terms of volume, dimensionality and multiple touchpoints/sources. We understand the data, ask fundamental-first-principle questions, apply our analytical and machine learning skills to solve the problem in the best way possible.

The role would be a client facing one, hence good communication skills are a must. 

The candidate should have the ability to communicate complex models and analysis in a clear and precise manner. 

The candidate would be responsible for:

• Comprehending business problems properly - what to predict, how to build DV, what value addition he/she is bringing to the client, etc.
• Understanding and analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets and build features relevant for business
• Understanding the math behind algorithms and choosing one over another
• Understanding approaches like stacking, ensemble and applying them correctly to increase accuracy

Desired technical requirements

• Proficiency with Python and the ability to write production-ready codes. 
• Experience in pyspark, machine learning and deep learning
• Big data experience, e.g. familiarity with Spark, Hadoop, is highly preferred
• Familiarity with SQL or other databases.

This role is for a passionate and meticulous Test Engineer, with a strong focus on ensuring a better customer experience through the hands-on implementation of QA best practices.

• Designing test strategies, covering functional and non-functional requirements, planning, execution, reporting, and automating
• 100% automation accountability
• Multitask on release deliverables, customer issues, stakeholder management
• Ensuring traceability matrix processes between requirements, test design, and test cases artifacts to achieve 100% customer requirements coverage
• Plan and achieve code coverage targets via test design and test automation
• Prompt and meticulous in reporting the status of ongoing tasks/deliverables
• Challenging the status-quo, responding to opportunities/organization needs, showing proactive accountability with a strong focus on fundamentals of Test engineering

Mandatory skills:

• Deep understanding of SaaS/Web-based applications/ Micro Services architecture
• Strong in fundamentals of Functional and Non-functional testing concepts (Reliability, Stress, Load, Limits, Performance, Scalability, Usability, Security, Configuration/Compatibility, ad-hoc, etc.)
• Automation :
  Selenium (Java)  OR  
  API testing (Jmeter, RestAssured)
• SDLC, STLC (Agile), JIRA, Defect Life Cycle
• At least 5+ years of experience in tech product companies.
• BE/BTech/MTech graduate

PSQs:

• Are you willing to work as a 100% hands-on Individual Contributor?
• Do you have hands-on experience in test design strategies, covering both Functional and Non-functional testing?
• How many years of hands-on automation experience do you have?
• Please specify scripting languages and tools.

Job Brief:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

About the job -

We are looking for an Order fulfillment & Support Specialist, where you will ensure smooth and efficient transactions for our buyers and sellers. You will assist users throughout the process, from initial queries to order delivery, resolving disputes, and facilitating payment releases. With a focus on logistics, you will coordinate with shipping partners, track shipments, and provide regular updates to buyers and sellers. You will also be responsible for providing regular updates to buyers and sellers, addressing their queries, and maintaining accurate records of all transaction-related activities.

Your typical day at Anar -

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers and suppliers, ensuring smooth deals.

2. Assist users with their queries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving disputes.

3. Take charge of logistics, coordinating shipments and tracking progress for timely delivery.

4. Communicate proactively to keep buyers and sellers in the loop with regular updates, addressing their questions and concerns.

5. Develop a strong understanding of the product and business to enhance the customer experience.

6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

7. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, interactions, and important information.

Skill for BI Backend developer -

-SQL development (Snowflake preferred but any other version of SQL would work)

Responsibilities:

• Thorough understanding of Reconciliation and hands on development experience on Intellimatch 9.2.7 or higher version
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC in developing new Reconciliations in IntelliMatch. Involvement across all stages of Software Development life cycle (SDLC) including business requirement analysis, data mapping, validate data against requirement, build, unit testing, peer reviews, systems integration and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze & develop Test Strategies, design Test Plans, & generate and execute Test Cases.
• Should be able to perform enhancements, whereby need to analyze existing set-up and understand the requirement by performing proper impact analysis, provide estimate and deliver quality code.
• Independent player should be able to liaise with different team to re-solve/get dependencies on time. Should be able to for-see issue/risk and intimate the same to team lead / project manager.
• Should be able to guide support team.
• Deep knowledge on IntelliMatch Database linkage and functionalities is necessary for timely resolution of user queries.
• Propose improvements related to the development and support activity.
