Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented ETL Developer with deep expertise in SQL and stored procedures to design, build, optimize, and maintain data integration pipelines. This role focuses on transforming and loading data from multiple source systems into data warehouses and reporting platforms while ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL and database stored procedures
- Build efficient data transformations, aggregations, and validations for large datasets
- Optimize SQL queries, indexes, and stored procedures for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, and application teams to understand data requirements
- Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for ETL workflows

- Assist with production deployments and ongoing maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ Years of Expert Level Experience and Proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
- 5+ Years of Extensive experience writing and maintaining stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- Hands-on experience with ETL concepts (extraction, transformation, loading)
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (fact tables, dimensions, star schemas)
- Ability to debug and optimize existing ETL processes
- Experience handling large datasets and batch processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ETL tools, Azure Data Factory, etc.
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools, Power BI
