Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by handling various front desk responsibilities. This includes addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, collecting patient feedback, providing health insurance recommendations, and offering guidance on diagnoses.

Night Shift Only

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

  - Addressing and resolving customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

  - Assisting patients with appointment scheduling and maintaining their availability records.

2. Appointment Management:

  - Efficiently coordinating and fixing appointments for doctors based on patient preferences and availability.

3. Feedback Collection:

  - Soliciting feedback from patients to continuously improve the quality of services provided.

4. Health Insurance Recommendation:

  - Offering guidance and recommendations on suitable health insurance options to patients.

5. Diagnosis Guidance:

  - Providing basic information and guidance to patients regarding their diagnoses and treatments.

Requirement :

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development, design, implementation web applications (i.e. having an architectural sense)
• Hands-on analysis, design, and implementation of microservices based applications, .Net Core, Angular, React, Web API, Entity Framework, JavaScript, SQL Server.
• Must have exposure in website development using Angular/React
• Knowledge on Docker, Kubernet
• Hands-on experience working in Azure.
• Hands-on SOLID principles & architectural design patterns
• MS-SQL server knowledge
• Experience in Application Security and Performance tuning.
• Good to have experience in creating automated build and test environments / CICD/ DevOps
• Experience in defining and implementing Hybrid scenarios with workloads shared across on-premise and public cloud using zero trust approach.
• Highly effective team-working skills, with an established track record in building teams at all technical levels
• Research-oriented, flexible, open to change, and adapt quickly.
• Passionate to work on mission-critical tasks and solve real-world problems
• Healthcare Domain knowledge is a big plus

Responsibilities :

• Analysis, design, and implementation of microservices based applications using Microsoft and cloud technology stack.
• Understand the benefits of the various tech-stacks and accurately suggest the use of the appropriate technology for the applications.
• Develop future-ready solutions/PoCs and train the developers.
• Provide technical direction & solutions to the development team.
• Establish effective controls for processes (tech standards, code review, release management) and functions performed by the team.
• Effectively work with internal IT teams to help establish the necessary infrastructure for the platform appropriate for business volumes.
• Effectively work on multiple, parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner

• Managing coordination, mass hiring, and initial screening
• Coordinating with the Stakeholders
• Must be good in Negotiation Skills

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Non-It recruitment experience
• Good communication skills
• 80-100 closures per month
• Must have done bulk hiring (Blue collar)
• Willing to come with a target oriented area in terms up completion of hiring given for a month.

 Profile Brief:  

You will be an experienced Full Stack Javascript Engineer with an interest in data and analytics, developing our fast growing Analytics Team. Working closely as an active team member, having ownership & accountability to develop analytics stories, in delivering timely projects through Scrum. Working with product owners and team leads to clarifying requirements, challenge assumptions in order to ensure successful executions and push the client analytics to its best.  

Key Skills and Experience  

Required Skills: JavaScript (ES6+), SQL, Nodejs, React 

Good to have: AWS (Lambda, Athena, S3) & AWS Certification, TypeScript, IoT, amCharts, D3.js (or industry equivalent) 

Experience: 6-10 years  

• Data processing and manipulation expert 
• Able to easily comprehend and write complex & efficient SQL queries  

• Ability to understand, design and fully document end-to-end scalable IoT systems 
• Expert in in building Well-Architected solutions using AWS Services (eg Lambda, Athena, S3 etc) 
• Experience in developing frontend analytics dashboards using .js charts 
• Hands-on and well-versed with at least one of React (preferred), Angular or Vue  
• Master in JavaScript with excellent understanding of asynchronous patterns  

• Comfortable with of ES6+, TypeScript & emerging web technologies  
• Experience of building REST APIs with Spring Boot & Express

• Acting as the Senior or Lead position in the team, and built at least one or more commercialized Decentralized Applications (Dapps), such as NFT marketplace, DeFi platform, GameFi or any other relevant applications that solved the industry need
• Passion for best design, developing and coding practices
• Maximizing application performance, uptime, and scalability, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
• Unit/integration testing experience
• Passionate and having good knowledge about Cryptocurrency / DeFi / NFT / GameFi industry is a huge bonus
• Hands-on experience on Layer 0 or 1 or 2 blockchain infrastructure (Preferably EVM-based public chain) is a huge bonus
