● Candidate should have Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics management, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level position.

● Salary will be 70 k USD to 85 k USD Fixed.

• Looking for candidates with good experience in a manufacturing firm with logistics / transportation functions
• Need experience with transport cost sheet along with logistics planning.
• Basic knowledge about transport management system, different truck types, transport automation and technology is essential

• He/She will be responsible for diagnostics in transportation and focusing on zero based clean sheet costing for transportation lanes
• He/She will solve transport / logistics cost sheet in logistics domain

About the Role: 

As a Solution Design team member, you will be focused on designing solutions for some of the most challenging and exciting problems that we are working to solve in the logistics industry. You will be responsible for understanding the customer's business, supply chain challenges and building practical processes or technologically led solutions for these. This role is varied and fast-paced – constantly adapting to the logistics industry's landscape and business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Study the customer's supply chain process and build a deeper understanding of industry-specific supply chains, their underlying & fundamental challenges, and build holistic solutions.
• Analyze data to come up with actionable insights.
• Drive implementation of complex engagements.
• Become a knowledge powerhouse within the organization for anything related to logistics.
• Develop holistic business requirements and drive product development while working with the product and technology team. 
• Take ownership of complex projects, work with cross-functional teams and drive the projects to completion. Be accountable for the overall technical excellence and quality of the technical output. 
• Educate and support customers, both pre-and post-sales, helping them with implementation, testing, integrations, and more.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA with 4+ years of solid experience in Logistics.
• Good knowledge of logistics, preferably within Steel, Cement, FMCG, Transportation or related industries.
• Good to have experience working with B2B product-based organizations.
• Ability to understand the processes and cost drivers of customers from different industries.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Self motivated, result - oriented with a bias for speed and action.
• Good verbal, written, social, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly while still focusing on details and being analytical.

• Responsible for leading and overseeing all operations in the company with Ownership

• Understand the entire Logistics process flow and drive the Operations team to achieve

maximum efficiency.

• Assisting in recruitment of Operations & Supply teams along with the support from HR

team

• Distribution of sales targets amongst the team members to ensure that the monthly

targets are achieved.

• Coordination with the different stakeholders and teams for smooth operations

• Updating the management team with progress, challenges, and developments on a

periodic basis.

Designation/Role : City Lead Operations/ Senior Logistics Manager

Location : Gurgaon

Education Qualification : IIT/NIT - 2012 to 2016 Batch OR
MBA - Sales/Operations/Marketing can also be considered.

Experience Required : Last Mile Delivery Experience working in companies like Shadowfax, Lalamove, Delhivery etc

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. The candidate would be responsible for sustaining and growing the city's revenues with P&L responsibilities.
2. Good in Leading the Sales team in initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones, thereby ensuring a healthy mix of partners.
3. Laying down the roadmap for new account acquisition for the city and ensuring its execution.
4. Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activation.
5. Managing the rider life cycle (hiring to retire )
6. The person should have leading the Operations team in delivering the best Customer experience while having a 360 degree view from Customer Care to Delivery Executive Safety to Optimal utilization of resources.
7. Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
8. Responsible for managing the City team from hiring and training new recruits to assigning targets and formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team

1. Relevant work experience of 4+ years in Sales or Marketing or Operations with a penchant for Leadership.
2. A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan for the region.
