Summary/Objective:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support effective decision-making within the organization. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.

·        Develop and maintain efficient databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

·        Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.

·        Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy.

·        Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and provide support in extracting relevant information.

·        Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.

·        Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and reporting.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

·        Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience:

·        Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an MIS Executive role.

·        Jewelry industry experience is good to have

Required Skills:

·        Skilled in product cost analysis, order management, invoicing knowledge, and comprehensive inventory oversight.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.

·        Database management systems and SQL.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

·        Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

We are looking for ML Research Engineers to work on the following problems:

• Spoken Language Understanding and Dialog Management.
• Language semantics, parsing, and modeling across multiple languages.
• Speech Recognition, Speech Analytics and Voice Processing across multiple languages.
• Response Generation and Speech Synthesis.
• Active Learning, Monitoring and Observability mechanisms for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evaluate Machine Learning solutions.
• Perform experiments and statistical analyses to draw conclusions and take modeling decisions.
• Study, implement and extend state of the art systems.
• Take part in regular research reviews and discussions.
• Build, maintain and extend our open source solutions in the domain.
• Write well-crafted programs at all levels of the system. This includes the data pipelines, experiment prototypes, fast and scalable deployment models, and evaluation, visualization and monitoring systems.

Requirements

• Practical Machine Learning experience as demonstrated by earlier works.
• Knowledge of and ability to use tools from theoretical and practical aspects of computer science. This includes, but is not limited to, probability, statistics, learning theory, algorithms, software architecture, programming languages, etc.
• Good programming skills and ability to work with programs at all levels of a finished Machine Learning product. We prefer language agnosticism since that exemplifies this point.
• Git portfolios and blogs are helpful as they let us better evaluate your work.
