Job Overview: As Director Backend, you will lead a team of backend engineers, driving the development of scalable, reliable, and performant systems. You will work closely with product management, front-end engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring alignment with the companys technical and business goals.
