About the Role:

Aertrip.com is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Travel Sales Consultant to manage and grow our domestic and international hotel & holiday package sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong destination knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote domestic and international holiday packages and hotel bookings to individual and corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and design tailor-made itineraries and quotations.
• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally and promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, hotels, DMCs, and travel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline and hotel promotions.
• Manage end-to-end booking process, including payments, documentation, and after-sales service.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in travel sales, preferably handling both domestic and international packages.
• Education: Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, and itineraries.
• Experience using travel booking systems or GDS (preferred).
• Target-driven, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

JOB SUMMARY Oversee Secretarial Functions under the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules, Regulations and Guidelines made there under and other applicable Corporate Laws including SEBI laws and listing regulations; Ensure proper compliance of all applicable laws & maintain standards of corporate governance, Organizing BOD and committee meetings, AGMs. Oversee court related matters involving Mergers / Demergers / Capital Reduction etc. and oversee all Securities issuances / handling of existing shareholders / Interacting with Investor Advisory Firms KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Compliances under Companies Law and Regulatory matters - Ensuring compliance under the Company's Act 2013 as amended from time to time and other acts in respect of Company. and its subsidiary companies. - Ensure maintenance of all records and returns as required under various statutes under Company Law. - Keeping the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles of Association and copies of company forms in case of Company. and its subsidiaries. - Discharging duties of Compliance Officer including in terms of the Listing Agreement and SEBI Laws, Ensuring compliance of SEBI Laws and Depositories Act including Corporate Governance as per Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement. - Ensure compliance with stock exchange listing norms, SEBI guidelines, corporate governance report. - Interface with Legal team and counsels for legal cases / appeals pertaining to Mergers / Demergers, Securities issuances etc. Matters pending with SEBI / SAT, Mumbai Board Meetings/Shareholder's Meetings/AGM- S - Ensure that board meetings, shareholder meetings are held in accordance with the applicable laws - Prepare and maintain minutes, statutory books including registers of members, directors and secretaries; and filing of return with Registrar of Companies, CLB, Stock Exchanges and Government in respect of Company. and its subsidiaries - Organising the annual general meetings and coordinating publication of the annual report. - Deal with correspondence, collate information and write reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders; Investor Relations - Coordination with Registrar and Share transfer agency office ensuring proper maintenance of the register of shareholders and monitor changes in share ownership of the company. - Coordinate briefings to Investor Advisory firms General - Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and take appropriate action as and when required. - Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, as well as its legal and statutory requirements. - Responsible for ensuring that company complies with standard financial and legal practice and maintains standards of good corporate governance. Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of total experience
• At least 1year experience in migration
• Prior experience in performing a migration to Microsoft 365 from any source
• Expertise on Microsoft 365 administration including enterprise features
• Good understanding of networking, IT operations, Active directory, and DNS
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Good documentation skills
