FigmaJob Title: Graphic Designer (2+ Years Experience)
CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.2 LPA
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane West
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a graphic designer who’s got at least two years of hands-on experience creating clean, impactful, and brand-consistent visuals. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to bring ideas to life—whether that’s a digital ad, website layout, social media post, or pitch deck.
What You Should Already Know
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma (or similar)
- Experience designing for digital platforms—social, web, email, etc.
- Ability to take feedback and run with it
- Attention to detail without getting stuck in it
- Time management and self-direction—you don’t need hand-holding
Bonus Points If You Have
- Motion design or basic animation skills
- Branding and visual identity experience
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
Must-Have
- A solid portfolio showing your range, thinking, and craft
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
