We are looking for a Senior Program Manager (DevX) to lead enterprise-scale initiatives that improve developer productivity, engineering workflows, and platform efficiency. This role is central to our software transformation journey, ensuring developers have the right tools, platforms, and processes to deliver at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end DevX and Developer Productivity programs
- Drive engineering efficiency across SDLC, CI/CD, and platform tooling
- Partner with Engineering, Platform, and Product teams on tooling and transformation roadmaps
- Standardize and optimize developer, database, and SDLC tools
- Reduce friction from code → build → test → deploy
- Establish program governance, metrics, and executive reporting
- Manage risks, dependencies, and large-scale change initiatives

Key Responsibility Areas
Web & Shopify Development:
- Develop, customize, and maintain company websites and Shopify stores using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Feature Implementation:
