The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing client relationships, preparing business proposals, reviewing and negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. The role requires strong communication, legal understanding of agreements, negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze client profitability.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field (MBA Preferred).

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in background verification or service-based industries.

• Strong understanding of contract drafting, legal terms, and negotiation processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and work under deadlines.

REQUIRE ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - FEMALE Duties and Responsibilities: 1. To manage day to day operations of the accounts department 2. Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies. 3. Create and update expense reports, Process reimbursement forms. 4. Enter financial transactions into internal databases. 5. Check spreadsheets for accuracy. 6. Maintain digital and physical financial records. 7. To maintain and reconcile GST data. 8. Preparation of GSTR 1, 3B, Annual Returns 9. To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed through Tally. 10. Checking expenses & paying on time 11. Coordinate with Branch offices to maintain tally entry 12. Entry of purchases, sales PAN India level and incorporate Tally data along with Branch offices. Qualification : 1. Bachelors degree in Commerce 2. Knowledge of accounting régulations and procedures 3. Expert in handling accounting software like Tally 4. MS Excel skills 5. About the role

We are looking for part-time coding instructors to teach computer coding classes to school students (3-15 years old). Classes are taught online, so you will be working remotely from your home and utilizing a virtual classroom environment.

We provide a structured curriculum, teaching platform, and instruction materials. The primary role of a Coding Educator is to deliver the curriculum in an engaging way and ultimately be responsible for student retention and parent satisfaction.

Requirements

– PC or a LAPTOP with microphone headset and high-speed internet access

– A technical degree related to computers equivalent to BE, Btech, ME, MTech, MCA, BCA, BSc, MSc, etc.

• Customer Service - Delivering efficient and friendly responses to customer across different channels (main responsibility)
• Credit Risk - Evaluate loan applications for new borrowers applying for Branch loans, find and prevent fraud (main responsibility)
• Servicing & Collections - Proactively reaching out to borrowers who have missed payments
• Product - Escalating customer feedback and IT bugs to help improve our product
• Finance - Manage refunds, repayments, and other payment processes

• 1-2 years of previous job experience in customer service
