The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 9+ years in software development with a proven track record of delivering scalable applications.
• Leadership Skills: 4+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating strong mentoring abilities.
• Technical Lead must Lead and mentor a team of software developers and validation engineers.

• 3+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Experience in Sales and Service modules.
• Experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET & JavaScript programming. 
• Experience in building canvas app, model driven app and power automate flows is required.
• Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis & requirements gathering. 
• Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies. 
• Understanding of SQL Server 2016. Able to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards. 
• Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet & Mobile Applications.
