
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.).
Drive high-quality lead generation with a strong focus on CPL, CAC, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to maximize conversions.
Manage campaign budgets & bidding strategies, ensuring efficient allocation and minimal wastage.
Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to design data-backed marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC, ROI, attribution).

Build and mentor a small performance marketing team over time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in lead generation-driven industries (real estate, auto, BFSI, EdTech, etc.).
Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
Strong grasp of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar).
Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, and CRM integration is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
