Position Summary

We’re looking for a Content Writer & Community Architect who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories — and build communities around them.

You’ll translate deep research into insight, craft narratives that make people think, and grow our presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Discord, and Reddit. This role blends writing, storytelling, and community-building — with the freedom to experiment and shape our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Research AI, design, and tech trends to create engaging, thought-provoking content.
• Write blogs, social posts, and newsletters that educate and inspire.
• Translate complex research into accessible, high-impact narratives.
• Launch and grow our community across Discord, Reddit, and GitHub.

1. Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns:

• Design engaging graphics for social media posts, ads, and banners across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Develop eye-catching visuals for email campaigns, newsletters, and digital assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively communicate key messages and drive audience engagement.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual content:

• Work closely with marketing managers to integrate graphics seamlessly into multimedia campaigns.
• Provide creative input and direction to ensure consistency and coherence in visual storytelling across different digital channels.

3. Maintain brand consistency and quality across all design projects:

• Uphold brand identity guidelines and standards in all design outputs, ensuring cohesive and professional representation of client brands.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve desired visual impact and effectiveness.

4. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design:

• Research and adopt new design tools, techniques, and trends relevant to digital marketing and visual communication.
• Proactively share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative design solutions.

5. Create the Brand Book from scratch: 

• Lead the creation of the company's Brand Book, developing comprehensive brand guidelines, visual identity elements, and brand assets.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the Brand Book reflects and reinforces the brand’s values and goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
• The designers should be familiar with the basics of video editing and can create basic reels, GIFs, and motion stories
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, with excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

1. 3+ years of experience with Cordova
2. 4+ years of experience with Android and iOS Development.
3. Experience in Cordova Plugins using Native SDKs/APIs
4. Implementation of WebRTC in atleast one Cordova Project
5. Fluent communication Written and Verbal in English

Job Title: PHP (Laravel) Developer

Experience: 2 to 7 years

Skills:

PHP : Laravel, (MVC)
