Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, conduct market research, and help maintain our brand’s presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.

Create engaging content for email marketing, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or CRM systems.

Support event planning and execution (virtual and in-person).

Maintain marketing calendars and ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

0–2 years of relevant marketing experience or internship.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, etc.).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Work scope

Build the spring batch framework to pull the required data from Genesys

Cloud to MS reporting data storage – on prem / Cloud.

Build MS WM Contact Center Data Hub (on Prem / Cloud)

Build dashboard to monitor and manage the data injection, fusion jobs.

Event bridge implementation for real time data ingestion and monitoring

Key Responsibilities: 

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS. 
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture. 
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible. 
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability. 
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required: 

• At least 2 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds. 
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j. 
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs. 
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks. 
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks. 
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications.

• Good knowledge in front-end design (HTML5, CSS (SASS/LESS), Bootstrap, JQuery.
