Strong AI/ML Engineer Profile

Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 3+ years of experience in software engineering with atleast 1+ years in GenAI application development and production deployment

Mandatory (GenAI Application Development): Must have proven experience building GenAI applications covering RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning

Mandatory (Production GenAI Deployment): Must have expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications including model evaluation, optimisation, and ownership of full production rollouts

Mandatory (ML & Data Science Tooling): Must have strong hands-on experience with core ML and data science tools including pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch

Mandatory (Cloud ML Infrastructure): Must have experience building and deploying production-grade ML workloads on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP

Mandatory (Communication): Must have strong English communication skills with the ability to work across time zones and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders

Mandatory (Note 1) : Role is Hybrid, WFH flexibility as well upto 6 days a month

Mandatory (Note 2) : CTC is inclusive of 10% variable

The role is responsible for building a vertical payments experience across all the payments for a Vehicle. All users are from cities in tier 2/3/4 who are mobile-first and have close to no exposure to digital payments

BlackBuck will be building a network of merchants across multiple categories and will be driving payments via in-house payment solutions and 3rd party integrations

• Own the strategic vision and product roadmap
• Create a clear career path for your managers and the team beneath. Nurture and grow them with regular and deep
• Contribute to product strategy, manage business goals and develop teams
• Define simple and easy to use digital payments experience for tier 2/3/4 customers
• Define user stories for end-to-end features
• Regularly coordinate with multiple 3rd parties for integrations

• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and possess a total of 7 -8 years of experience and spent at least 4-5 years in product management of which must have spent at least 2 years in Indian payment ecosystem and a track record of creating innovative solutions
• Demonstrated success as product manager for large-scale consumer-facing products

We're looking for an enthusiastic SEO Executive with 1 year of experience to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to improve our website's ranking in search engines, ultimately increasing organic traffic and leads.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords for content optimization.
• Optimize website content (landing pages, blog posts, product descriptions) for search engines and user engagement.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link building, to improve website authority and visibility.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics) to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues, improve site speed, and ensure proper indexing by search engines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
• Generate reports to communicate SEO performance and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in SEO execution.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices (on-page, off-page SEO, technical SEO).
• Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Proficiency in SEO analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the ever-evolving SEO landscape.

• Hands-on experience on API testing and testing tools like Postman, Rest-Assured, or other API testing tools.

• Excellent in test strategizing, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Agile scrum methodologies Strong debugging, problem-solving, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
